Good service 9/4/2013

I am the new customer. Though reading yelp's review, I found the R&D pest service. The customer service is good. When I call them, the receptionist is very polite and efficient. I have been suffered the ants issue this summer. These ants come from the yard....nasty! They eat my food at kitchen! After spraying at the yard, Paul told me that not only ants, but also many spiders live in the yard! Thanks Paul. He kills all of them in this treatment. I just worried if those ants and spiders come again after one month warranty . So I buy the quarterly service. The good news is : no lease for this service. That means extra fee when you cancel it. Looks good to me.. more

Customer service was great! Will recommend to family and friends. Paul was great and worked around my schedule. It was nice to work with a family owned company rather than paying for a big name brand. Took care of my ants and spiders! more

Highly recommended! 8/14/2013

We have been using R + D Pest (contact person - Paul) for several years now. They were referred to me by my sister because of an ant problem I was having. No matter how many times we sprayed, the ants repeatedly invaded our pantry! They even found the BRAND NEW, UNOPENED 25lb bag of cat food! We had to throw the whole bag out! Aaahh!! It only took one treatment, and our ant problem was over! We have since moved, but because of the hot summer days, had not only begun to see ants, but earwigs, also! Yuck!! It has been about 2 weeks since Paul treated the inside and outside of the house, and I have not seen one ant or earwig! Yay! :-) I would recommend R + D to anyone I know! more

I had been unsuccessfully trying to control a serious ant problem with store-bought baits and Raid. I found R&D through Google. Dan serviced the home, and the ants were eliminated almost immediately. Doing bi-monthly service and haven't seen an ant in my kitchen since. Excellent service. Professional, timely, friendly, and best of all -- ant killers! Highly recommend. more

We have been using R & D forever and they always are successful at ridding our home of ants, spiders... They are on time, wear uniforms, and take note of special areas such as our koi pond. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. more

Awesome customer service 7/17/2013

They are very informative and did a great job at explaining what it was we needed for our specific bug problem, they are very reliable in this way and don't try to scam you, like some other places. The guy who came out was also very friendly and did a great job. We have since then not had any bug problems. Would highly recommend to all. more

Great Service 7/16/2013

They were professional and quick. I had a GIANT bee hive in my back yard. They came and removed it the same day I called them. The guy was very nice. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't had a problem since. The next time I need bug help, I will happily call them again. more

Quick and safe service. 7/10/2013

R&D pest services was very quick and reliable in taking care of the bee hive which was relatively close to neighbors, Kids and my dogs. The technician, Pau, arrived promptly and exterminated the nest like a Pro! Definitely will be using their services again when needed. more

Everything worked like clock work! I was tired losing the battle with ants and spiders! It seemed you get rid of 5 and 10 more came, So I went on the internet and looked up pest control and found R & D pest services. Read about their services and so decided to try them out and was very impressed. Called them and was greeted with a friendly voice and not a machine. told them about the ants and spiders and he explained to me what they do. He told me who my technician would be contacting me. Paul called within a half hour, we scheduled an appointment. He showed up explained the areas he was going to spray on my property. He leaves a brochure and a newsletter and within a couple of days the ants were gone! I am a happy customer! more

I have been a client of R & D Pest Services for over 12 years. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I feel like we are in Ant City. When I realized I couldn't control them myself I called R & D which was referred to me by a co-worker and they took care of my ant problem and 12 years later still no ants. Everyone there is so professional and friendly. My technician Paul is awesome. He gives me a call the day before my service which is greatly appreciated. Professional Service, Reasonable Prices! 4/22/2013

We live in an area with lots of open land and that means lots of insects and pests. We have used R & D Pest Services for several years and have been completely satisfied. No more ants in the kitchen or black widow spiders in the garage or yard! Great customer service. The technician who comes to our home is professional and checks with us to find out if we are having any issues we would like him to address. We highly recommend R&D Pest Services. more

Awesome customer service and extremely knowlegable 4/1/2013

We were looking for a pest control company due to an infestation of rodents in our rental home's attic (yikes)! Your company reviews were so good that we gave R&D Pest Services a try. Casey did a fantastic job educating us on how to prevent future rodents and took care of the job quickly, professionally, and he was extremely courteous. Exellent Service 3/12/2013

R & D has been doing monthly contract work for my employers for over 10 years. They are fast and efficient. We have had to call them a few times for extraordinary things. Today, for instance, there was a large group of bees under a truck rail in our yard. They were here in under an hour and had everything under control. Reasonably priced as well... more
