Ant Problem 7/5/2014

This season has been terrible for ants. All my DIY tricks have failed. I found this service in the business pages. They are "green," reliable and most of all effective. We had our house back within 48 hours. Dan did a great job. They are local and price competitive. more

Excellent 6/20/2014

I've used R&D in the past. Excellent service. Excellent customer service. Stopped using them because they did such a great job at controlling our ants that we didn't need any pest control. But eventually the ants made their way back. R&D was able to come to our home within 24 hours of my call, and the ants were gone within a couple days. Highly recommend. more

AWESOME Service! Goodbye Roaches! 6/12/2014

6/12/2014 I was very pleased and happy with R & D! I hate roaches! Come to find out I had German Roaches, that seemed to never go away. I tried several over the counter sprays and motels. Did not work. I called R & D, very friendly and professional over the phone. Paul and Mike came out to my home. Both very friendly and professional. The service took about two hours. Paul and Mike stated, to first be satisfied before we pay for our service. We waited the 3-4 weeks after the service. As Paul stated, we would see some Roaches, dead and alive within these weeks, and we did. I can now say we have been Roache free for a full two weeks now! I believe we are home free! I would recommend without any hesitation R & D to anyone in need of pest control! Thank you so much R & D! Happy Family in Rancho Cucamonga! :) more

Awesome! 5/31/2014

We have been using R & D Pest Services for many, many years and they have been great! Always call us the night before they come and always show up. They answer all our questions and give good advice. If we can handle something ourselves, they tell us what to do. And if we have a problem during the month, they will come back and re-treat at no charge-no hassle! I think the monthly service price has only gone up once or twice in all the years we've had them-very reasonable. Julie U. more

Great Service 5/28/2014

I had an ant problem that never went away. Fed up, I finally googled pest control companies in my area after getting outlandish quotes from nationally franchised companies. Paul came out, sprayed and my ants are GONE!! I was gardening yesterday, six days after they sprayed and saw exactly one ant. I killed it now I have no ants. There are no contracts and there prices are very reasonable. more

Outstanding Customer Service 5/24/2014

I discovered bees flying in and out of a hole in the eaves of my house and called R and D Pest Services. Paul was able to come out the same day; he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. In the area where he was taking care of the bee situation, he found a trail of ants and took care of that problem also. He was aware of safety precautions and offered to come back next week to seal up the hole. I would definitely call R and D again for any extermination issues and highly recommend them. R and D is a company that makes customer service a priority. more

Great, fast service 4/16/2014

I had an ant and spider problem in Fontana. I called around and R&D seemed eager to help me out so I had them come out. Paul came out and got right to work. He Identified where my mine issues were coming from and not only took care of it but he gave me insight as to what type out ants they were and what breed of spiders we had. I also informed him that I have children and two dogs and he said not to worry that they use safe chemicals. Paul was very down to earth and explained things thoroughly. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to have them out again if/when these pest come back. more

great service 2/6/2014

I live with my grandma and her kitchen has been having ant issues for a while. so we finally called someone out after searching and getting prices from multiple companies R&D had the best price. we also had rat issues. Paul was nice and on time and got right to work. he explained to me where the ants were coming from in the kitchen. and explained where the rats were getting in at. all and all I happy we decided to go with R&D. more

We are very pleased with the service we received from R&D. Somehow we got cockroaches in our kitchen.....yuck! Our best guess is they came in with the unpacking of some boxes we had in storage with kitchen items for a few years. Regardless, they were disgusting and embarrassing. R&D were diligent in getting rid of these pests, very accommodating to our schedules, even took care of two different types of ant problems we had outside while they were here. They were very courteous in letting us know when they were coming, and were always on time. Thank you R&D, you will come highly recommended to anyone we know looking for a great pest control service! Excellent Results! 11/4/2013

This is my first time ever dealing with any pest problem. I initially tried using the store bought ant sprays without any success. After about 2 months of frustration, I was referred to R & D Pest Services by my mother-in-law, who has used this company for several years on her rental properties. R & D came out the very next day and took care of our ant problem. They told me it may take a couple of days to rid of all the ants and that if I saw any more to call them and they would come back immediately. I did not see any more ants even after the first 24 hours! I am very happy with their professional service and would recommend them to all my family, friends, and anyone looking for great service without the high costs! more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 9/10/2013

I was amazed at how completely and quickly they eradicated our severe ant problem from our yard and home. All by non-toxic application mostly outside the house. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and said the ants would be gone in two days. In fact, there was not an ant in sight the very next day! Reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! more

I heard about R & D Pest Services through a neighbor. They came out and inspected my home. After giving us a reasonable estimate and quality service, we have never looked back. We have used them three times now and after every time, we have been ant free for the rest of the summer! Work is reasonable and punctual! more
