Had a great first experience with R&D! Paul came out during the time frame he specified and sprayed outside for ants and spiders. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also placed some gel-based bait in our bathrooms to take care of our current ant problem. I was very impressed. We signed up for the service every two-month plan so now we will be living pest free!! more

Great Services 6/10/2015

One of the best thing about R&D is their services and they are pretty cool! They don't hesitate to come again if there are any issues or questions. They are really a family business which I like more than those franchise pest services because I used them like Orkin before and all they do is charge too much and didn't do anything. Also, lots of times is either spray inside or outside strictly. R&D explain both and did both in one price and that's nice. more

Great Services from R&D Pest Services!! 2/4/2015

R&D Pest Services is one of the best company to take care pest problem. My tenant was complaining about ants for quite some time. I called R&D, the receptionist listened my problem carefully and informed me someone will reach me soon. I got a call back from Paul within 1 hour. He also listened the problem carefully and gave me an appointment. He came on time as scheduled. He inspected the home thoroughly. He had not only taken care the ants problem, he explained the root cause of the problem and recommended how we can keep the ants out of the property in future. Both my tenant and myself are very happy with their services, expertise, and dedication. There are no ants in the property since then. They took care a major problem in my rental property. I would like to thank the R&D Pest Services team for their great service!! more

Awesome Service! 1/10/2015

Paul is very knowledgable and was willing to come out on Christmas Eve, which was so nice!!! I would recommend him any time! We have an unusual situation with our ant problem and Paul was able to make some suggestions of how to deal with it. more

Ants Gone 10/17/2014

The sweetest sound I ever heard - no more scurrying of tiny ant feet! ANTS GONE, thanks to R&D Pest Services! I first tried sprinkling cinnamon EVERYWHERE - those little suckers hated the stuff, so many vamoosed, but more came in places cinnamon couldn't adhere to. Finally, we called R&D Pest Services, and Dan came, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. He said the ants would be gone in 3-5 days, and golly gee, 99% were gone in 24 hours. All was well until 10 days later, when I noticed a small trail of ants visiting a plate of cat food on the back patio. I called the office and they said it was probably a new nest, but just give it a day or two so the ants could carry the insecticide back to the nest. It worked, and we are SO impressed! We're now on a maintenance program, so the next time I come to visit my daughter in CA, I know the house will be ant free! Yay! more

Ant invasion 2014! 9/23/2014

I needed professional help to deal with ant invasion 2014 so I called R & D. I have lived in my house for almost 13 years and have had only one battle with ants in the house that I couldn't win about six or seven years ago. I called a company and I had to leave the house and put my dog in doggy day care for the day. I liked that with R & D I didn't have to leave and they just sprayed the chemical onto a rag and wiped down the areas that had ants. At least they were able to do this in my house because the ants were just in three rooms and the garage on the west side of the house. Paul & Mike were very nice and answered all my questions. They said the ants would be gone in two days and by George they were! They also took care of annoying spiders that were making a web outside my sliding glass door. It's nice not to walk through a web every day because I always forgot it was there! Thanks R & D! more

Great Company! 9/21/2014

Have been able to control ants and bugs around my home for 20 years; until this past summer. Then I had a few different types of ants inside and out. I knew I had to call a professional when I saw several mounds of fire ants in the backyard. My sister has had R & D for 25 years, and loves them, so naturally I got their number and called. Service was very friendly and professional from the start. Mike called right back and we set up a time for him to come out. I was very concerned about my vegetable garden, he assured me everything would be safe and explained where he would spray. It was all very quick, professional and efficient. They 'll be back in a couple of months to re-spray and make sure the ants stay gone! Thanks, Mike and R & D for such good service. more

Our Flea Problem 9/20/2014

We had a persistent flea problem for about three weeks until we called R&D pest services. They came in and quickly addressed the problem in an efficient and professional manner. The problem however, did not completely go away and so we called them a second time to eradicate the infestation. R&D pest services had no problem coming back and doing the job once more and after the second time the problem was gone completely. I didn't mind the second visit though, because the infestation was quite severe and so the second visit was understandable. Would definitely recommend. more

Ant Problem 8/24/2014

We had a severe ant problem in our front yard. We contacted R&D Pest Services and they were very friendly and responded to our problem right away. They were very thorough and did a great job at getting rid of the ants. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone having any type of insect problem. more

No More Ants! 7/31/2014

The ants moved in to our house a few weeks ago and were taking over including joining us for dinner on our kitchen table. Thanks to R & D Pest Services, the ants have been evicted! Their technician Paul was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We set up a quarterly service with them to prevent any future ant invasions. more

I had an ant problem. Called and they were here the next day. For the most part the ants were gone but still present in 1 room, thanks to their 30 day grantee they came back free of charge and took care of it. Fast, reliable and friendly service. more

I had a huge problem with ants at this year they were in almost every room of my house. I called R&D after reading all the great reviews. Paul was able to come out the next day on time and very professional I was very pleased with the service. They are now my go to pest company and I will recommend them to anyone. more

I have had many Pest Controls servicing ny house in Rancho Cucamonga where I reside and I have never had complete satisfaction like i did with R& D pest control. I had R& D spray my house in July 2013 and I have not had any ants since.I was amazed and extremely satisfied with R & D. Juan and Paul were so thorough and checked all crevices inside and outside. In addition they educated me on what to look for on how to spot an invasion of insects. I highly recommend this company. You will be completly satisfied. Lauren Bradshaw. more

Paul Diaz with R & D is the man!!! 7/7/2014

I had the most annoying ant and cricket problem....called numerous pest places and R & D was the only one that could send somebody out within the hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism but even more impressed with the service. By the time I returned home that night all the ants and crickets were gone and haven't seen any since! I highly recommend R & D! Paul Diaz was awesome and explained everything and made me feel comfortable that the chemicals were safe for my Jack Russell...I plan to continue using R & D from now on! more
