I am the new customer. Though reading yelp's review, I found the R&D pest service. The customer service is good. When I call them, the receptionist is very polite and efficient. I have been suffered the ants issue this summer. These ants come from the yard....nasty! They eat my food at kitchen! After spraying at the yard, Paul told me that not only ants, but also many spiders live in the yard! Thanks Paul. He kills all of them in this treatment.
I just worried if those ants and spiders come again after one month warranty . So I buy the quarterly service. The good news is : no lease for this service. That means extra fee when you cancel it. Looks good to me..
