Quanz is so worth your money! Great costumer service plus they know what they are doing. Any questions you have for them are always answered and work is done fast and correct! Even fixed a headlight issue that I screwed up myself. more

I would definitely recommend Quanz for a professional job done right. I wrecked my very expensive one of a kind car and the were able to fix every bit of it with no problem. It took them about a week to get the paint matched as it was also one of a kind and there were no paint codes for it. The number of parts damaged in the accident was not huge although very expensive to replace. The total insurance claim for repairs was over $60K and they worked side by side with insurance to make sure everything was covered and fixed the way it should have been. The service was great and I only refer people to places I trust. I was glad I decided to take my vehicle to Quanz and they will be the first ones I call if I ever need to call someone again. more

Last fall, I had an issue where my engine would stop after I'd started my car and made a right turn. One of my coworkers had a similar issue and it turned out to be his alternator. Since AAA only towed 5 miles, I took it to nearby Quanz. I suggested they check out the alternator. They tested it and said it looked just fine, and replaced the fuel pump instead. Within a week, my engine again stopped during a right turn onto Coors. I called Quanz and they towed my car back to their place. Their solution was to give me a SECOND fuel pump. Everything seemed OK until I needed to fill up with gas later that week. The gas leaked straight onto the ground and needed to be cleaned up by the gas station, while my car again got towed to Quanz. They stated one of their mechanics had forgotten to install one of the seals. They replaced the fuel pump (pump #3 now) and added the seal, and this time even tried to charge me for the seal they had previously forgotten! After the 3rd fuel pump, the problem came back. I instead took it to Jiffy Lube and had them check the alternator (my first hunch and initial request to Quanz). Their test showed a bad alternator, they replaced it, and I no longer had any problems. Magic! If only Quanz's test had properly shown my bad alternator. To top it off, a couple of months later I went to fill my tank with gas, and the hole to insert the gas nozzle had actually shifted underneath the body of my car to the point I was unable to insert the nozzle & fill up. Ridiculous, and most certainly related to the 3 bad fuel pump replacements by Quanz. I had to take my car to them 3 times and they still really messed up my car, whereas Jiffy Lube surprisingly got it right on the first go. While the customer service was nice and everyone was very pleasant, I would definitely NOT recommend Quanz. more

i have used quanz 3 times...all 3 times nothing but problems and excuses. the first time they forgot to buff the fender they just repainted. the second time they damaged my headlight as well as installed my replacement fender out of the correct position..also a very expensive pair of oakley sunglassed went missing out of my truck. this time they damaged the hood on my truck and did not replace broken panels that were paid for by my insurance company...they make lots of excuses and will not take any responsibility for their actions. avoid these jokers at all cost. more

I have taken my car into Quanz on a couple occasions for both mechanical and collision repair. Each time I have received nothing but exceptional service. They kept me informed on the repair process and explained everything so I was able to understand exactly what was going on. I will definitely recommended them to anyone who needs a great repair facility. more

Never been involved in an accident before. I was confused and stressed until the people at Quanz stepped in---they handled everything from getting my vehicle picked up at the accident site to getting my insurance to pay for the damages...I just had to show up to pick up the car when it was done! I didn't know customer service like this still existed....Hopefully, I won't have any more accidents, but if I do I will definately use this shop. Bonus: I am getting my oil changed next week by them since they have a full service mechanical shop....THANK YOU QUANZ!! more

I have never been in an accident, so when it finally happened to me I was scaired. I didnt know what to do. Ive heard about Quanz from the officer at the accident and some of my friends, so I thought I would check them out. I was very impress with how the business looked from the start. The employees were very friendly and cute ;). They explained what it would take to get my car back to normal. My main concern was the quality of work. To me my car is my baby and I dont want to have to worry about it! I worked with a guy named Jerry who keeped my informed form day one, which help put my mind at easy. I glad I took my car to Quanz I highly recommend them. more

We have recently had to take two different cars in. One for mechanical and one for body and mechanical. Both instances were for insurance repair. Both times we were extremely well taken care of. The team at Quanz was professional, honest, friendly, they took care of us and they took care of our cars very well. From the moment that we walked in to the time we walked out we were informed as to what was going on. Having Enterprise there was also very convenient. I am very pleased with the finished work and Chris is great to deal with. This does not feel like the typical car repair business and I would recommend to anyone needing work. more

my vehicle was involved in a 4 car crash on I-25 in february. my insurance company initially recommended quanz. after talking with a co-worker who had been through an accident last year, i found out he had been to quanz and had nothing but a positive experience. i decided to give them a chance. i have never been through this process before and quanz made the experience as painless as possible. they even had a convenient rental car agency located in their building. my repair took a week and a half. they initally thought it would be 2 weeks. they kept me posted on the repair process a few times a week. they even offered a lifetime guarantee on their work and paint. the final product is very nice. hopefully i will not have to see them again, but if i ever get in another accident i am going to quanz! Quanz Advanced Auto Care seems like a great company, but I do think that they prey on people who are less knowledgeable about cars. I happen to be one of those people. I say this because they act very friendly and kind, but they turn around and charge way more than they should for the service they provide. Recently, when I took my car in, I was charged a ridiculous price. The only reason I found this out was through discussion with friends. If I didn't have this discussion I would still be oblivious to the fact I was ripped off. I do not recommend this company, no matter how nice they may seem. more

Get this: 4 months to do a $10,000 repair on a compact sized vehicle--a mere nothing of a vehicle. I kid you not: 4 months! I will not even go into the details of how much this has cost me in gas, since it was a hybrid they were repairing, or how much the insurance person had to pay for my car rental, and dozens of other problems flowing from their slowness. Many people affected by Quanz's not just slow ""service,"" but snail's pace ""service."" more
