Never been involved in an accident before. I was confused and stressed until the people at Quanz stepped in---they handled everything from getting my vehicle picked up at the accident site to getting my insurance to pay for the damages...I just had to show up to pick up the car when it was done! I didn't know customer service like this still existed....Hopefully, I won't have any more accidents, but if I do I will definately use this shop. Bonus: I am getting my oil changed next week by them since they have a full service mechanical shop....THANK YOU QUANZ!!
