Quantum Management

When I moved into Summerwood there was this great lady who was the manager. Right from the beggining she made me feel safe, not only for me but for my children We watched her patrol the parking lot night and day and made sure all was going right in our community. Everyone here seem to have a great respect for her, including all the children. I have moved from there after contacting the owner and letting them know that their new manager is letting this place get out of control. more

I'am very upset with our new manager and her husband. they are never in the office, if they are than they always have there 2 babies in their. when it snowed they did nothing to help the tenants. everything was covered in snow and ice. people have babies they carry who might fall and the managers dont even care. lots of tenants were without hot water so when you call the office you get voice mail and it said if you are without hot water you are just out of luck cause theirs nothing they can do. thats a lie the manager and maints before would be outside in the cold and snow making our hot water work. there is garbage everywhere. its just so nasty here. i think quantum needs to come and do something about the poor managment. everyone here in our comunity miss our old manager she always got things done right. this place is starting to get back to the way it used to be and thats not good!!!! bring our old manager back!!! I was surprized to read any negative reviews about Summerwood Apts. I have been a resident for over 3 years and have enjoyed my stay so far. I have lived in Bellevue, South Center and Renton and like Redmond above the rest. Summer wood is a fun place to live and we enjoy the friendly neighbors and location. The Management is the best I have experienced since moving to the Seattle area in 1999. I know they care about there tenants and the property. Summerwood is what you make it. We enjoy the pool, basketball court, recreation / fitness center and surrounding parks. I won't be moving anytime soon. \r Sincerely J. Breck Pros: Location, noise level, Management & staff. My neighbor told me about this website and all the negative nonsense that's been said about my apartment community and it saddens me how unappreciative people can be. We are a family of 4 and have lived at this place for almost seven years and are very happy to live here. My neighbors are very friendly and everyone gets along fine. This has been the best place I have lived. Its crazy how you can take just a few negative things people have wrote about an apartment community and make it seem like a bad place. I guess we dont think to go online and write something good until we are told by others that there are some horrible things wrote about where we live. This place is a JOKE - the management, well I must say the manager she on the other hand is a JOKE! She says one thing and does another! Well they say by appointment only on Saturdays however, they dont return your calls AND NO ONE is available on the weekends. Obviously, they dont want to take the time out to help future apartment owners. The place has clutter everywhere, talk about white trash. There are furniture pieces out by the dumpsters, and in the street almost every week. Any place is better then this....and I lived there for months. I complained and NOT even one issue was addressed. Find another place, dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WAY TO SUMMERWOOD APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GIVE A PENNY TO THAT PLACE! Total dive!!!!!!! more

there`s no perfect way to say this or explain it.for a month we went without heat in the living room.the windows doors were`nt sealed so it stayed cold in winter time.mold around all winddows &toilets leaks. it takes months too get things fixed.not recommended!!!!!\r \r more

I have lived here for a year and nothing has changed, garbage everywhere all the time. Management is never in the office and when they are they cannot answer any questions, they just say i'll have to get back to you. These apartments where to be rehab'd but my apartment has water damage in the living room and master bathroom, tile is coming up in the bathrooms, my toliet in the 2nd bathroon is leening. There is a hole in my sons room. There are no office hours posted so you never know when they are tobe there. No one every answers the phone. The only good thing is their maitenance guy is always on top of things, he does as much as he can being he is the only guy. The niose is going all hours of the night. People are always working on the cars,oil and grease all over. more

This was the first apartment my roommate and I lived in. We stayed for a little over six months (our lease was the 6 month min). Parking SUCKS more than most apartments, the entrance gate is mor of a hassle than a ""safety"" measure. Seeing cops on the property became a weekly occurance. And the topper, management is fake, they act like they care but they don't. Maintenance people were nice, but tell management about a problem that needed to be fixed with the apartment, and good luck with getting it taken care of.
