I was surprized to read any negative reviews about Summerwood Apts. I have been a resident for over 3 years and have enjoyed my stay so far. I have lived in Bellevue, South Center and Renton and like Redmond above the rest. Summer wood is a fun place to live and we enjoy the friendly neighbors and location. The Management is the best I have experienced since moving to the Seattle area in 1999. I know they care about there tenants and the property. Summerwood is what you make it. We enjoy the pool, basketball court, recreation / fitness center and surrounding parks. I won't be moving anytime soon. \r
