This place is a JOKE - the management, well I must say the manager she on the other hand is a JOKE! She says one thing and does another! Well they say by appointment only on Saturdays however, they dont return your calls AND NO ONE is available on the weekends. Obviously, they dont want to take the time out to help future apartment owners. The place has clutter everywhere, talk about white trash. There are furniture pieces out by the dumpsters, and in the street almost every week. Any place is better then this....and I lived there for months. I complained and NOT even one issue was addressed. Find another place, dont waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WAY TO SUMMERWOOD APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!! DONT GIVE A PENNY TO THAT PLACE! Total dive!!!!!!!
