I'am very upset with our new manager and her husband. they are never in the office, if they are than they always have there 2 babies in their. when it snowed they did nothing to help the tenants. everything was covered in snow and ice. people have babies they carry who might fall and the managers dont even care. lots of tenants were without hot water so when you call the office you get voice mail and it said if you are without hot water you are just out of luck cause theirs nothing they can do. thats a lie the manager and maints before would be outside in the cold and snow making our hot water work. there is garbage everywhere. its just so nasty here. i think quantum needs to come and do something about the poor managment. everyone here in our comunity miss our old manager she always got things done right. this place is starting to get back to the way it used to be and thats not good!!!! bring our old manager back!!!
