We purchased our house and it already had a pool. However a few days after moving in we discovered the liner was worn out and leaking. We called Richard at Quality Pools and he came right out, took all the measurements, discussed what we needed and got everything ordered. His guys came out and installed the liner and cleaned up after themselves. Richard came out to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction and also took time to tell us how to take care of the pool since we had never owned one. He also encouraged us to call him anytime we had a question and over the past 4 years has helped us many times. He and his employees are friendly and willing to help. His prices are very competitive.
