Hello, This past week my parents awoke to a very cold home and a very quiet furnace. Upon calling Pyramid, they were happy to hear that a Service Tech would be dispatched that same day. Kenny arrived by 10am and quickly got to work diagnosing our problem (which he subsequently found and corrected). His vast technical knowledge was evident and he was able to clearly explain the malfunction to us and what needed to be done. Kenny was very courteous and professional in his manner and, as a result, sold us a 3 year maintenance plan. Had to tell you bob, while I was talking to you Pyramid called and left a message so I called back. If I wasn't impressed enough, she asked how my experience went and if I was pleased with their tech so I told her I loved Kenny! And I was more than pleased I wish I had told her if every company's philosophy was pleasing the customer nobody would have any need to complain! This was my third experience having had furnaces installed in two previous homes, and yet it was the best of the three experiences! The whole staff has a great attitude and work ethic that suprised me...a turn from past experiences. They are professional, punctual and give free estimates.\r \r The estimate was scheduled and I had an estimate in my hands within 24 hrs (residential). The price was very competitive and right on point. After my acceptance, they started the install. Mine was done in 3 days (rough-in) and one day for an electrician to bring power to it all.
