Hello, This past week my parents awoke to a very cold home and a very quiet furnace. Upon calling Pyramid, they were happy to hear that a Service Tech would be dispatched that same day. Kenny arrived by 10am and quickly got to work diagnosing our problem (which he subsequently found and corrected). His vast technical knowledge was evident and he was able to clearly explain the malfunction to us and what needed to be done. Kenny was very courteous and professional in his manner and, as a result, sold us a 3 year maintenance plan.
