facilities are clean, well maintained, and i especially enjoyed the new car owner workshop they held to explain care and maintenance a few weeks after my purchase. it was very informative and they even handed out a gift bag at the end. more

Just purchased my Brand new 2011 Subaru Legacy yesterday through Puente Hills Subaru. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience ever. Frank was a great non-sales sales person, at no point did I feel any pressure to buy nor did I feel I was getting jipped. They currently have a promotion 0 down $199 per month lease for 39 months. I came in with an upside down loan on my RAV4, so I wasn't expecting to get that deal but I was still hopeful. It took them 20 minutes to run my credit and calculate the buy out price on my rav4. The first quote they gave me was surprisingly low. I didn't spend much time haggling like I usually do when I'm at the dealership. I asked them if they can give me more miles per year on the lease and after a few short minutes with his manager, he was able to accept my request. On top of that, I get 2 years free maintenance on the car... definitely best deal I've ever gotten on a brand new car. Either that, or I've been getting ripped off my entire life. Besides the service.... I LOVE the SUbaru and might even consider my next vehicle to be a subaru again, but I guess we'll see what happens after 3 years. more

This is the first dealership that treated me as a person, not as a woman needing her husband to make a decision. I am very happy I made the 40 minute drive to this dealership. Not only is it a beautiful new store, but the guys that helped me were awesome. Brian the manager made purchasing the vehicle very easy. I will recommend all of my friends to Puente Hills. Plus they have huge selections of new cars. more

I read some negative comments before I post mine, and I think this dealership has changed ownership a few months ago, and I had a very good experience there. The sales are very friendly and informative. Unlike other dealerships, Puente Hills Subs encouraged us to test drive the car (to REALLY test drive it...), even though we did not show too much interest on getting one. My wife and I were just checking out and why not give it a try? We tested drive the 2011 Tribeca and performance wise, it is almost as good as the MDX but a lot cheaper in price. The finance department was very helpful also, and after a short discussion with my wife, we decided to go for it. We had this car for about a month, and we know we made the right choice. If you had bad experience before, give the new ownership and the new crew a second chance. Most importantly, the Subs is a really good car. more

Contacted all of the southern California Subaru dealers via email looking for the best price on a 2011 Subaru Outback. Most of the other dealers were slow to respond, and when they did, it was usually with a so-so price. Logan at Puente Hills Subaru was always very quick to respond to email & gave me the best price up front. Didn't waste a bunch of my time haggling over the price. I ended up ordering the exact car I wanted & brought it home yesterday. This was an excellent, low-stress, car buying experience. Not only that, but this dealership has the biggest inventory around and a nice customer waiting area (handy with kids in tow). I will certainly return to this dealer for future Subaru purchases! more
