great staff 9/2/2011

A friend told me to come here after he bought his car from Jan, the sales manager at this location. He told me that Jan was fair and honest and that he works hard to get you a really good deal. My friend was right! Jan was awesome and so helpful. I ended up getting a new Subaru Impreza and I love it. Come to Puente Hills Subaru and ask for Jan! He's the best! more

Great selection 8/31/2011

This dealership is great. The staff here are welcoming and friendly. They have a huge selection from new to pre-owned vehicles. They also have an online inventory so you can browse cars before even going to the dealership. We worked with Eric to find the perfect car for us and he helped us buy a pre-owned GMC Yukon. Love our new car! 8/25/2011

My husband and I have been shopping for a new car and we came to Puente Hills Subaru after my brother suggested it. We met with Brian and he was so genuinely sweet and made the whole buying process a breeze. We fell in love with the Subaru Forrester and knew we couldn't leave without getting! Thanks Brian for being so helpful and patient with us! I'm definitely recommending Brian and the rest of the staff here to all my friends and family :) more

Worth it 7/26/2011

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've tried several Subaru specialist shops around town and Puente Hills clearly top them all. They gave me a great deal and didn't try to talk me into a bunch of unnecessary and expensive repairs like the other guys often have. I took a morning off from work and drove from Fullerton and it was well worth it. more

Enjoyed my car buying experience 6/10/2011

Facilities are clean, well maintained, and I especially enjoyed the new car owner workshop they held to explain care and maintenance a few weeks after my purchase. It was very informative and they even handed out a gift bag at the end. more

I was hesitant to go to this dealership after reading some of the reviews, but they had the car I wanted so we went. I am so glad we went. This was the best, painless car buying experience ever! Cathy Price was our sale representative, and she was great. No pressure tactics, no bait and switch, fair value for trade in, easy and fair negotiations and got a good price, and to top it off they were offering low interest rates so it was all around the best. We will go back again for the next car. more

Bought our new car here a few months ago and overall had a great experience. Our salesperson was responsive when we explained that we didn't want a high-pressure experience and didn't want to do too much our first visit in, just poke our heads inside a few models (at the time, we hadn't settled on a Subaru yet). When we made the next steps and decided on a model helped us schedule a test-drive (multiple) and made clear all the features and options. He was also aware of what our needs were and didn't try to push us into a more expensive model or extra features that we didn't need or want. more
