We test drove the 2011 Tribeca and performance-wise, it is almost as good as the MDX but a lot cheaper in price. The finance department was very helpful also, and after a short discussion with my wife, we decided to go for it. more

When I came in, the employees were very nice. They also have very good coffee in their waiting room and it's all free. The thing that sold me that I would definitely come back here for my Subaru dealership parts would be their Parts department. The employee there was awesome! more

Outstanding service dept 12/16/2011

I brought my car in for service and that department's service is outstanding. You're greeted immediately and taken care of right away. I'm not standing around aimlessly waiting for help. Service is great here! more

Aren't you suspicious of the stellar record of 32 5 star reviews, all 1 paragraph long, all the same style having nothing but praises for this dealership? You'd better be. These guys are liars at best. They sold us a LEMON. Floyd even dared to make the claim that they will take care of all services and fixings on the car. Whatdya know, they're car salesmen, and their forte is making grand, false claims, and then cowardly backing up on their words. Good job on unashamedly making false positive reviews on yourself, guys! Ps. try to be more creative by not keep using the same name format with some numbers at the end ;) Avoid them like a plague! more

Subarus are great cars and Puente Hills is the best place to buy them from. I've been to them for my car needs for years and have always had a great experience there. I appreciate the no pressure sale and level of service that the entire staff possesses. more

I've had my Subaru Forester serviced at Puente Hills for the past year and I want to thank the staff who have been fair, courteous and very professional about the care of my car. I actually trust the guys which is more than I can say of most mechanics and car dealers that I've dealt with and I'm very impressed. more

Easy process 10/19/2011

I went to every dealership in the area looking for a small crossover or SUV and encountered bad service at all of them. When we got here, Frank greeted us and he was really informative and not pushy at all. I told him we were in a hurry and just wanted to test drive and we did exactly that. The whole process was easy and no hassle and I'd suggest them to anyone. more

When I went to the dealership to get a new car, the staff was very honest and up front with me throughout the whole process. The finance process was relatively painless compared to other dealers. They were great and I drove home in a new 2011 Subaru Legacy! more

NOT RECOMMENDED!! 9/14/2011

This is the worst dealership ever. I'll never recommend any of you buy cars from them. It takes forever to get a car deal down. I went there four times. It took at least three hours each time. They fooled us around couple so called "managers" back and forth. Each "manager" kept denying the price approved by another "manager". So we have to negotiate the price over again. Once we agreed on a price, they'll have another people come to us and ask for more. When we thought we finally got the deal down the 4th time we went there, they forced us to buy their extended warranty for the car. We refused to buy the warranty because it costs 2.5 thousand and it's not nessary. They just rudely turned down the deal using the excuse that the bank won't approve the loan if we don't buy the warranty. That's just a rediculous excuse!! It's really torching and frustrating trying to buy a car from them. I know you may wonder why we didn't just give up and go to another dealership. We really wanted to the more
