I read some negative comments before I post mine, and I think this dealership has changed ownership a few months ago, and I had a very good experience there. The sales are very friendly and informative. Unlike other dealerships, Puente Hills Subs encouraged us to test drive the car (to REALLY test drive it...), even though we did not show too much interest on getting one. My wife and I were just checking out and why not give it a try? We tested drive the 2011 Tribeca and performance wise, it is almost as good as the MDX but a lot cheaper in price. The finance department was very helpful also, and after a short discussion with my wife, we decided to go for it. We had this car for about a month, and we know we made the right choice. If you had bad experience before, give the new ownership and the new crew a second chance. Most importantly, the Subs is a really good car.
