Don't ever go there. We had a very clear telephone agreement for a 2009 Focus with Jeff and Ramiro after many phone calls and negotiations. When we arrived they tried a bait and switch and told us we were really talking about a 2007 Focus the whole time. The manager accused us of being liars and said Jeff quit that same day so we could not verify with him. They are very dishonest bordering on criminal. Terrible experience! I would give them no stars. more

These people are slimy and dishonest! We had a deal made over the phone for a 2009 Focus that took hours and numerous calls. Jeff and Ramiro confirmed the deal several times. When we arrived they tried a bait and switch. Manny the closer told us we had been discussing a 2007 Focus, not a 2009 even though we had the vin # and Ramiro had already had me test drive the car. Supposedly Jeff had quit the same day, (what a coincidence!) so he couldn't confirm our agreement. The manager, Adrian, accused us of lying about which car we were there to buy. Bottom line they did not honor the deal we had made. They wasted our entire day. All they wanted was to get us to dealership by promising us anything, and I guess they thought we would go for the bait and switch. What a bunch of bold faced liars! Pros: nothing! Every one of them from the general manager to the sales persons and the loan guys are master manipulators who know how to "play" a buyer. I got ripped off, lied to, and bullied. I would never recommend them. Instead, go to a dealer that AAA recommends. more

Customer Service is okay, but you need to know exactly what car you're going for. It's very easy to be swayed into something else that you may have never even thought of. Then there's a fear of ending up regretting it, but it was just from being pressured into buying it. I'm not sure if I'd go back to purchase a car from them. As far as service goes, it was adequate. The wait times are kind of long and there's not much to do around there. Especially when you're hauling three kids with you! I haven't been back in a while now, so I hope things have changed. more

If you just want to look around and see the new cars this is the wrong place, the high pressure sales people don't leave you alone, even if you tell them to leave you alone and when you are ready you will let them know. I would travel to another place if I want to buy a Ford. As for the rest of there service I can't tell you because I haven't been able to get passed the sales people. more
