Review content:
These people are slimy and dishonest! We had a deal made over the phone for a 2009 Focus that took hours and numerous calls. Jeff and Ramiro confirmed the deal several times. When we arrived they tried a bait and switch. Manny the closer told us we had been discussing a 2007 Focus, not a 2009 even though we had the vin # and Ramiro had already had me test drive the car. Supposedly Jeff had quit the same day, (what a coincidence!) so he couldn't confirm our agreement. The manager, Adrian, accused us of lying about which car we were there to buy. Bottom line they did not honor the deal we had made. They wasted our entire day. All they wanted was to get us to dealership by promising us anything, and I guess they thought we would go for the bait and switch. What a bunch of bold faced liars!
