Customer Service is okay, but you need to know exactly what car you're going for. It's very easy to be swayed into something else that you may have never even thought of. Then there's a fear of ending up regretting it, but it was just from being pressured into buying it. I'm not sure if I'd go back to purchase a car from them. As far as service goes, it was adequate. The wait times are kind of long and there's not much to do around there. Especially when you're hauling three kids with you! I haven't been back in a while now, so I hope things have changed.
