Don't ever go there. We had a very clear telephone agreement for a 2009 Focus with Jeff and Ramiro after many phone calls and negotiations. When we arrived they tried a bait and switch and told us we were really talking about a 2007 Focus the whole time. The manager accused us of being liars and said Jeff quit that same day so we could not verify with him. They are very dishonest bordering on criminal. Terrible experience! I would give them no stars.
