This company is full of unprofessional behavior. The driver ""mike"" from the Bend, OR office, cursed at a customer trying to obtain their vehicle back. I have had multiple conversations about the lack in consistency in the towing bills from the exact same location. I have been told by their secretary that if I call to complain, I am wasting company time!!! Really? Without customers you aren't a very busy business. As a manager of a prestigious company, I am disgusted by this company's behavior and disregard of basic laws. more

Tony l. - Response to his experience. Please try to remember there is always two sides to a experience. Tony misleads you in his experience below because he does not have the facts. The facts he leaves out is that our Tow Truck was delivered to the body shop the very next day, it then took 15 days for his insurance company to look at it. It then took another 5 days to fix. This was a very specialized computer dispatched tow truck with modems and computer systems installed into the cab. We have five of these trucks and they run emergency break down calls 24 hours a day. We do not keep a spare truck around in case one breaks down, this would be expensive. We did go to court on this, the judge was very thorough in his examination of the insurance company and of our company. The Judge found in our favor, and the insurance company (not Tony) did end up paying for our loss. This is is exactly what should have happened quickly and I should not have had to spend six months dealing with this. Tony and his wife had no economic stake in this, it was purely their insurance company causing this delay and problem. Be careful you choose a quality insurance company.\r more

I want to share my real experience my wife and I had with this company. Thanks for reading. \r In April 2011, my pregnant wife had a minor rear end to their 1999 isuzu tow truck with our mazda 3. They tow truck had a sudden brake on Freeway I205, it cause my wife hit the rear left corner of their giant tow truck. It was my wife's fault since it was a rear end accident. Our insurance company immediately evaluated the damage of their truck. It was extremely light scratch on their ALL METAL bed, our insurrance still paid about $1300 for the painting, including change a tire as they request. Imaging just $1300 dollar repair on a professional tow truck, there is absolutely no damage from my inspection. I highly suspect the reason why they parked the truck in the repair shop for the long 20 days just to change a tire and some small paint job. I honestly believe the small scratches was already there on this 12 years old tow truck. We thought it was finished after insurance paid. later in the summer, we received 2 separate notice from court. They were suing my wife to pay their truck down time for 20 days plus their truck diminish value fee. They said the truck as 2 shifts for the tow business, day and night. $400 per shift per day, there are asking around 18k for their truck down time. Our insurance immediately contacted them to request more supporting documents of this claim, all they had are a few print out datasheet showing this tow truck can make that much money according to their Day and Night shifts that typed by themself from some software. Our insurance then sent an CPA to ask them to prove their sales that their tow truck can actually make that much in the past 2 years, but they never responded. Instead, they keeps sending certified letters to our house asking us to pay even our insurance contacted them several times asking them to deal with insurance not us. My wife had to go to the court to request to reschedule a different court date because she was due within 1 month of the court date. It was big pain keep hearing this tow company asking money from us. more

This company is horrible. My insurance 2/25/2012

This company is horrible. My insurance company set up the appointment early Friday morning to have the tow truck meet us at 5pm. We arrive at 4:50pm and sat and waited. At 5:15 I called the company to find out when we should expect them. I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes, then the woman finally came back on the line to say that the driver was almost there. No apology at all for already being 15 min late. Well the driver finally got there at 5:40pm. after sitting there for 20 minutes, he still hadn't done anything but some paperwork. We told him that the mechanic was standing outside waiting for the car and the driver told us no problem, and that we didn't have to follow him over there. So we waited 5 more minutes to watch him get the car hooked up, but after he just sat in his truck for those entire 5 minutes, we gave up and left. We drove about 2 miles away to go to Dick's to buy our son a new bat (25 min approx) then we left there and went to Malibu to the batting cages for him to practice for tryouts (about 30 min) then we left to go home, and our son said ""Hey there's our car!"" The tow truck driver was JUST taking the car. We called the mechanic apologizing because he was standing out in the rain and it was now 6:45 pm and the car still wasn't delivered to him. So apparently the driver decided to take his dinner break instead of driving the 4 miles to drop off our car first. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We had a boat and trailer that had a bend wheel dragged onto a flatbed a couple years ago and then had it done and delivered to the trailer shop in a third of the time it took this guy to even get out of his truck! more
