service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

Pro-Tech is consistent and consistently excellent. They arrive on time and complete the required work. This year they went out of their way to solve a long-standing problem that was not really their responsibility. more

Consistently Good Service 5/4/2017

I have been using the services of Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating for about four or five years now. I have been satisfied enough with their service that I have recommended them to other folks. Their repairmen who come over are experts in the field and they know their business. They are also honest and they tell the truth. Initially, it was a little difficult to schedule time with them, but they are very responsive now. They are also fairly communicative and they explain what the issue is and possible ways to resolve it. They have consistently delivered high quality service to me all these years. more

Great Service 3/30/2017

When I had an immediate problem, they came and took care of it in a timely manner. They could always identify the problem and repaired it the first time. They left everything clean and hauled away all of their trash. more

Great admin & tech staff 2/9/2017

Having already re-scheduled a complicated service call several times due to extenuating circumstances, the owner greeted me with a smile and and a very warm hello, he went to work and fixed the problem with our HVAC in about an hour. Great people and great service! more

Technicians are always on time, review service and are always willing to answer questions. Have worked with the same technician for years and always request him by name. Emergency telephone line is always answered; my questions and concerns are answered with great patience. more

The service technicians are very knowledgable in servicing all makes of heating and air conditioning units. Fernando has always proven to go the extra mile to provide the best service to their customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure their heating and cooling needs are taken care of and when asked, he will give that extra help to his senior citizen customers. I have no problem in recommending Pro Tech to anybody that requires heating and cooling services. more

So happy with results 1/26/2017

I have a heating system that involves the dreaded "Entran" word. Although I have had no problems with the Entran tubing I have had several problems with the boiler. It was only replaced some 10 years ago. Since then one zone was constantly freezing cold. I have called 3 different heating companies and each one blamed the Entran! But even I can diagnose that the boiler was not functioning correctly! Fernando came in and explained exactly how this particular boiler has a design fault . He made adjustments and showed how the heat is now circulating in the former cold zone. How easy was that?! Because of his helpful and honest assessment I do realize that eventually the Entran tubing will fail and I will see a wet area and how to shut it all down quickly. In the meantime because of his honest assessment I have decided to get an estimate for ductless heating. What a breath of fresh air! Protech have earned all my brownie points!! Thank you Fernando. more

Great service for our Furnace! 1/24/2017

Tommy was our technician who serviced our furnace. We had some squealing and rattling noises, which he was able to address without having the expense of replacing any parts. Tommy was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We have used ProTech on numerous occasions, and have always been pleased. Great work, friendly, knowledgeable, fair pricing. more

Pro-Tech is a great company to work with. I have been extremely pleased with their service. They are reliable, friendly, and sincere in their service. They are small enough so you know who you are working with, but large enough to take care of large accounts. They are flexible, fast and professional. It is nice to have one aspect of my business that I don't have to worry about since I know it will be taken care of when Pro-Tech is doing the work. more

Pro-Tech came to the rescue when a water line leaked. 1/18/2017

The day after Christmas, 2016, we discovered a leak in the garage. I called Pro-tech's emergency number and Adrian was on call. He arrived right at the time he promised and had us fixed in no time! I've used the Pro-Tech Team for almost a year now. Every member is highly skilled, courteous and truly professional. I heartily recommend them. Thanks Pro-Tech! more
