I was very pleased with service; Tech was actually early for appointment at my house which is a first in SAnta Fe.

service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

Highly recommend 5/7/2016

From beginning to completion of my installation, Matt and his crew knew were impressive. They knew the equipment and installed it quickly and professionally. They were careful not to damage or leave marks on the stucco and cleaned up as they went along. We have been very happy with the Carrier ductless system they installed and have had no problems at all. We would recommend them highly. more

They service our swamp cooler twice per year, never overcharging or selling us parts we really don't need. They also installed our gas furnace and our gas hot water heater. When we have a problem they come right out and make it right. more

Highly professional, superior work! 4/20/2016

Contracted with Pro-Tech to remove and replace our two aged evaporative coolers and natural gas boiler. Sam Martinez was our primary contact. He and his team did an outstanding job installing our Carrier Performance Series heat pump system (aka ductless mini-splits) and a new Weil-McLain cast iron boiler. The work started promptly on the day promised and was finished on time. They worksite was spotless when they left. We are absolutely delighted with the new equipment and consider the Pro-Tech team to be good friends. Highly recommend them! more

very efficient workers. Quick neat and very polite 4/20/2016

We have had the heating and cooling system for a year and one of the units stopped opening and closing. It was no longer covered on warranty and had to pay for the service call. I didn't think this was fair because all we do is turn it off and on and only touch units to clean filter. It should be all covered for the expense of the units. We have 4 units and hope they don't start breaking so easy. more

The installation of 45 rooms of air conditioning was completed on schedule. The Pro-Tech staff arrived on time everyday. They were courteous and neat. They consulted with us regularly to ensure that the register locations and duct routing were we preferred. more

Very Professional 4/13/2016

I called Pro-Tech to fix an issue i had with my heating and cooling venting that the original builder did wrong when the house was built 23 years ago. The work involved being creative and retrofitting the venting system. The Pro-tech staff did an incredible job, the heating in the house has improved significantly. The price was very reasonable and the crew was timely and neat. more

Excellent experience 3/21/2016

Matt diagnosed a problem with the design of our heating system. Two previous companies has missed the real problem altogether. The solution he proposed was exactly what we needed. He showed up on time, performed the work quickly and neatly, and both he and his employees were friendly and professional. The finished product works very well and exactly as he said it would. We were so pleased that we're using his company again for an even larger project. more

Efficient and ready to work. 3/16/2016

I have an old house made of adobe so it's hard to work with. I needed a new roof and the owner of Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating came out and he was great. He had great ideas, sat with me for a while looking through different options and making sure I got what i wanted. In the end we ended up replacing my existing unit, but he was by far the most ready of anyone I spoke with. They changed out the main unit and did a little bit of duct work. I had one minor problem which I pointed out and they came out and fixed it right away. more

Remove, clean, reinstall and service Carrier furnace 2/22/2016

ProTech is a terrific company. Patrick and his team are courteous, articulate, intelligent and professional. In the midst of a complex water/mold remediation issue at the house, they removed the furnace from the mechanical room closet so that the remediation team could access the space. A few days later, they cleaned, reinstalled and serviced the furnace. At one point during the 48 day remediation process, they responded to an emergency call from me to come out and check for carbon monoxide leaks. They were prompt and reassured me that the home was safe. Patrick is a dream to work with. I would never call anyone else. more

I would not hesitate to recommend Pro-Tech because of your outstanding work. 2/9/2016

I have been meaning to write to you to tell you how pleased we are with Pro-Tech's installation of heat pumps in the churches in Galisteo and Golden, and in the parish hall in Cerrillos. All three installations were made in a timely and professional way. The installations are attractive and function very well. Your advice on where to put the heat pumps was excellent and has resulted in both effective heating and cooling. When questions arose, your advice was accurate and speedy and much appreciated. The parishioners are completely satisfied with the work you have done, and I would not hesitate to recommend Por-Tech because of your outstanding work. more
