I was very pleased with service; Tech was actually early for appointment at my house which is a first in SAnta Fe.

Worst

service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

Excellent Installation and Service 11/20/2015

Matt had serviced our old furnace, and when it was time to replace it, he and his techs took the time to make sure it was done right. Their service since has been excellent, friendly and trustworthy. A local company that really cares . more

Trust Worthy 11/20/2015

I called on Pro-Tech four years ago when we moved to Santa Fe, not knowing who to call its always a chance you take. In this case we were fortunate to have contacted the right company immediately! We have had Tommy & Fernando as our technician's, we like the consistency of who is coming out it makes us feel special that they know our home and the comfort in that is great for us. Each year they get our system ready for summer air conditioning, shut it all down for the winter. We are always confident that its all done correctly. When they say something needs additional maintenance or cost, we trust that this is true. I have recommended Pro-Tech to many neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Always prompt and lets me know what's happening 11/19/2015

I've used Pro-Tech for a few years on a recommendation from a friend. They installed my heater and have replaced parts and maintained both my heating and air units. I like doing business with them because they are consistent, they schedule work within a reasonable time and they show up when they say they are going to show up! Their rates are very reasonable and I like working with their technicians. Office staff is friendly and works hard to communicate any issues or problems that come up. more

Always Wonderful 11/19/2015

I have been using Pro-Tech for two years now and they have always been on-time, helpful and reasonably priced. This year when I called and made my appointment, they were kind enough to call and move me forward when the weather got colder and we had to drain and close down our swamp cooler. Five start the cover your incredible business integrity, the professionalism of each and every on that I had the pleasure to come in contact with, and the fact that I have supported a truly local business. The work was completed on schedule that was done by two techs that could not have been more thorough and had an attention to detail at every step. Matt and his team are amazing! In my experience, they have proven themselves as experts for my heating needs. Responsible, caring, effective, professional, considerate and generous. Need I say more? As the cold weather rolls in, I am especially grateful for Pro-Tech's prompt, efficient service. I recall a long time resident and business owner in Santa Fe, on his death bed (I am not making this up) who firmly instructed his elderly wife, "Call Pro-Tech and get the furnace turned on." more

The definition of service 10/9/2015

From the smallest to the largest project, these folks have never let me down. As a commercial property owner, I deal with a lot of contractors. None in Santa Fe can challenge Pro-Tech for professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, responsiveness or fairness. I recommend Pro-Tech with no reservations. more

I've been working with Pro-Tech for 7 years and wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. They are golden! They actually show up on time, they bring the proper tools and parts that are needed, they do the work right the first time and the quality of their work is outstanding. Matt Madrid the owner is a savvy business owner and clearly takes great pride in providing outstanding service. And every one of his technicians is experienced, professional and is a pleasure to work with. I own a home management company and if we didn't have ProTech to help us out at our various properties I don't know what we would do! If only every business was this professional the world would be a better place. 10 out of 10 stars for Pro-Tech! more

PRO-TECH is well named. matt madrid (really cool name and guy) came by my condo at el corazon de santa fe. our homeowners association recommends and uses PRO-TECH. matt embodies customer satisfaction with his skill, intelligence and wit. i will be sending an email to my HOA community this afternoon urging them to have PRO-TECH not only do an annual service check, but take note of their prompt and professional response to a customer's call. thank you all. med fairmont heritage place el corazón de santa fe more

I was very impressed with the prompt service we received when we needed help with our boiler. The receptionist was quick in getting us the most available time and nice! The staff that came to our house was trust worthy and knowledgeable of the problem at hand. Pro-tech is a great locally owned business that I would recommend to everyone! more

Exceptional and Timely Service 10/6/2015

Protech recently cleaned my heating ducts in preparation for the winter. I called and the friendly receptionist scheduled an appointment for the following week. The two technicians made short work of the 12+ vents in my house and were finished before lunch time. Their service and attitude was professional and exceptional. The job was done just as they described and it fit within the estimated time window. I would highly recommend Protech to anyone in need of their services. more
