Interesting that I didn't get to review the last service on my car. That was a recommended oil change and airing up all four tires. I thought it would be a good time to rotate the tires, so I paid extra for that service at the same time.\r \r When I received my car back from that service, the tires had been rotated and oil changed; however, I later discovered that my dash no longer displayed the mpg used, and I received an updated report online that said all four tires still needed air!\r \r When I contacted the service department, I was told that I could consult my owner's manual to make the dash display work (NOT), but they could air up my tires any time the service department was open.\r \r I took the car in, explained what had happened, and was written up for the service desired. Later, I received a call and had to explain to the service tech what I wanted. He finally understood what I needed and the car tires were aired and the dash display corrected.\r \r I am pleased that the corrections were made, but it shouldn't have taken two trips, nor should a car owner have to consult their owner's manual to correct issues they themselves never initiated in the first place.\r \r I am hopeful that further visits will be satisfactory as Primasing has an excellent reputation; I need to trust that they will be. It's one of the reasons I like owning a vehicle under warranty. I am no mechanic by any means. I remain cautiously optimistic. more

My wife and I needed a vehicle, and quick! We were on our way to shop for one in Salem. We stopped by a coffee shop, where we know the owner, and chatted with her and told her our plans. We asked her who she'd suggest in Salem, and instead, she suggested Primasing in Lebanon. This was the third recommendation for Primasing we received. So, we turned off our Garmin and headed in the other direction. We were greeted by Ed, a real stand up guy. Now, I was in sales for many years, and I hate sales people. But Ed was the best, and he really listened and came to an understanding of what my wife and I needed. There was no pressure, even though we were taking up his whole day with a sub-10,000 sale. The negotiation was fun, the test drive with Ed was great, and the service was excellent. Like my wife told Ed, we wanted a relationship with a dealer where we could be confident in the product and process. We now have a car and a relationship with some real stand up folks. more

We love our new Caddy! It drives like a dream, and is the best car we've ever owned. Our next cars will be a commuter for us, and a starter car for our son.
