I recently went with my son (a Navy Veteran ) to help him purchase a Car, It was pouring rain but I had read somewhere if you go car shopping in the rain, the salesman knows you are serious, The poor salesman , Ed Bathke, was very patient showing us the various SUVs, all of us looking like drown rats, To make a long story short, I ended up trading my Ford Escape ( I had no intention of trading vehicles when i came in ) for a Cadillac SRX and my son settled on a Arcadia. Ed was the perfect salesman, helpful but not pushy The Sales Manager ( sorry can't remember his name ) got financing for both vehicles, in spite of my sons lack of credit, In fact the whole staff at Primasing motor was nothing if not helpful. Now when anyone asks me where I got my ""Caddy"" I tell them Primasing and how great the people are there more

I recently bought an '02 Avalanche from them, over the phone. The salesman and sales manager did a phenomenal job to accommodate me and my wife, when we had to drive from Central Oregon, to get this. This was particularly when I flubbed an income question, and nearly cost us the chance at owning this. (I answered with net income, and not gross ... oops!) But the sales manager pulled the magic rabbit from his hat, and got us financed, despite my flub. We were astounded, and thrilled.\r \r During our drive over, they had the paperwork all ready to be reviewed and signed, so we were in and out well within an hour. I'm not sure if he heard me, but on our way out, I told him they have earned themselves a repeat customer more

Called from Colorado interested in this truck. Gave them the price I had in mind. No hassle agrrement. Picked me up at the airport in the truck I was interested in. Test drove thirty miles back to the dealership. Twenty minutes to sign the paperwork. Got in the truck and drove back to Colorado. Good Experience and I have dealt with dealerships ALL over the country. Primasing made life easier! more

Wonderful Parts Department 6/16/2005

Primasing Motors has a wonderful parts department that has gotten just what I need within 24 hours if they don't have it in stock. The people who work in this department are very knowlegeable and friendly. Since my husband works on some unique vehicles with Chevrolet motors, we sometimes find ourselves asking for such oddities as oil dip sticks almost four feet long and special gear oil for Corvettes. Primasing has come through for us every single time and their prices were lower than we expected. The aforementioned dip stick, for instance, cost less than 1/3 at Primasing than the nearest price quote from another parts dealer. They are located in the Primasing auto dealership on the main street which is also Highway 20 in Lebanon, hear the Y. Parking is available on both sides of the building. Phone information is available and it's great, too. PROS: Very good prices, great availability of parts. CONS: Follow the traffic patterns going into and out of the lot. more
