My wife and I needed a vehicle, and quick! We were on our way to shop for one in Salem. We stopped by a coffee shop, where we know the owner, and chatted with her and told her our plans. We asked her who she'd suggest in Salem, and instead, she suggested Primasing in Lebanon. This was the third recommendation for Primasing we received. So, we turned off our Garmin and headed in the other direction. We were greeted by Ed, a real stand up guy. Now, I was in sales for many years, and I hate sales people. But Ed was the best, and he really listened and came to an understanding of what my wife and I needed. There was no pressure, even though we were taking up his whole day with a sub-10,000 sale. The negotiation was fun, the test drive with Ed was great, and the service was excellent. Like my wife told Ed, we wanted a relationship with a dealer where we could be confident in the product and process. We now have a car and a relationship with some real stand up folks.
