These guys are great! Very fast, reliable, professional, meticulous and friendly service. I just moved to Kansas City because I got transferred by my job. Their estimate was accurate based on the details that I provided on their site, I got a prompt call back from Henry and we went through with the move. They came the morning of the move and were wrapping and packing everything within minutes of when they arrived. I was told I didn't have to lift a finger and it proved to be true. The entire crew was great and one of them even helped me move refrigerator that I was not moving with the company. I was giving it to my neighbor and he moved it for me with no problem. When I asked if they had a tipping policy they said they wouldn't put that pressure on someone and the quality of service I would receive would be just as great whether I gave a tip or not. At first i felt like I was off the hook but the way these guys did their job they absolutely deserved the tip they received (same goes for the crew I had in Kansas City). It was really a pleasure dealing with everyone at Presto Logistics and this blog doesn't show the level of thanx I have for them.. From what I heard the moving was gonna be a hell ride.. It turned out to be the least stressful part of my entire transfer. more

This was overall a great experience, from start to finish the staff at Presto [whether it was my rep, the driver on the pickup side and the driver on the delivery] every one was great. I recently used Presto Logistics to do an office move for my company. Most of the furniture was heavy duty and bulky items like desks, podiums, conference tables, etc. They dedicated an entire truck to our move and brought it straight from Arizona to Las Vegas. The crew came in the morning and was done loading within a few hours. They drove to Vegas that night and arrived next day, I actually got there after them because I had to wait at my office for a cleaning crew to come and clean it up before I left. The next day they scheduled with me to come to the office at noon. They unloaded even faster then they loaded, the guys staged everything for me exactly where I wanted. I don't know if I'll be moving anytime in the near future but I have friends and colleagues who will be and I will let them know of Presto's services. more

This is a great company to use when you really care about your belongings and like to get a good service. The salesperson was so informative and professional. I live in Texas and I needed to move my mom out here to come live with me. When I moved here a couple years back I didnt have one of the best experiences with a company that shall remain nameless. I decided I would go online and find a company myself; and I did. Being that I moved before I knew which websites to reference to find a reputable company. The only problem was that they were based out of Texas. The representative over there told me about a company [Presto Logistics] he used to work for and he referenced me over to Abe. I wasn't there to know what exactly was going and taking full precaution the way I did I had him go out to my mothers house to see what was going. My mother called me after and told me that she got a great feeling about everything and had already put the deposit down. With my mom being a little older and unable to do the heavy lifting she requested that the movers do all of the packing of the dishes and clothing. They came early last week and packed everything up with a 4 man crew in about 4 hours. They called me 2 days later letting me know that our stuff was on its way to Texas. Two days later I got a call from the driver telling me he would be there the next day.From the time I got the move set up through the delivery everyone at presto was extremely patient, helpful and most of all respectful. I am definitely happy with mine and my mothers decision to use these movers. I would absolutely recommend. more

I recently moved from Macon,GA to Philadelphia,PA I originally Planned on doing the move by myself but my rep; Henry convinced that Presto could at least match my cost or maybe even save me some money. I'm glad i took his advice. The packing was done with great care and concern to my valued belongings. The crew;Billy,Mitch,Mario,Cruz were great! They were very courteous and paid attention to all of the instructions my wife and I set forth. Everything was labeled in detail and all fragile items were clearly marked. The truck stacked with my stuff in perfect order; it was loaded and ready to go in a matter of a few hours. The truck arrived the following day in Philadelphia before we evn got there. I am writing this review as my token of appreciation to this company for doing such a wonderful job on our move. I recently moved from Henderson ,NV to Everett WA for a new job opportunity. I had many companies give us quotes but Presto was quite competitive and we chose to use their services. We are glad we did. They treated us with respect and they did a wonderfully quick and efficient job. Our stuff was packed up in three hours and it got to Washington 3 days later. I worked with Abe at Presto, he very was professional, polite and efficient as was everyone else I interacted with. The movers were incredibly fast and had extra boxes for things I wasn't able to pack.\r \r We made use of their free month of storage, since we had a gap between moving out of our old place and moving in to our new place. \r \r Overall they made everything easy for me, which is exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Presto to anyone who is planning to move. I had never hired movers before and was very skeptical (despite my sister having used thesemovers). I moved from California to Arizona last week, Presto used one truck to pick me up and they went straight with the same guys to my house in Arizona. All 3 of them were very respectful and helpful, all of my stuff was in the same condition it started. It was fairly priced and well worth it with the amount of stress they relieved. Presto Logistics recently moved me from California to New York and I just wanted to comment on what a great job they did for me. They were extremely punctual and they were in contact with me throughout the moving process, the pick-up crew was great and my delivery took about a half hour. The one item I was extremely worried about, my flat screen, they made a special box and it got here in one piece. This was the first time I have moved out of state and I now know I've made the right choice more

Moving was stressing us out, and of course all our friends were mysteriously busy come moving day, so we called up Presto Logistics. With only 2 days notice, they were able to send out the best. 3 minutes early, two of the smiliest people I have ever met show up at my door and are nicer to me than my own grandma. These dudes were absolutely joyful to lift heavy junk in the hot sun! They are inexpensive, witty, and yes they actually do RUN from the truck to your door. I can't believe how happy I was with this service, because I can get quite ""b!tchy"" when it comes to my stuff. Large Tips all around, I'll be using you again. more

I recently moved from New York to California, I was actually picked up in mid-August and I went away on vacation for 5 months and could not receive my delivery until January 10th. When the guys came to my house they wrapped and packed everything in no time and they were on there way. Presto had no problem holding onto my goods for the entire time and after the free first month of storage they gave me amazing discounts being that i was in storage for an extra 4 months. Once I got back to the states I gave Presto a call and told them I was ready for my delivery, they were there in 2 days. Every step of the way was not only a breeze but also a pleasure. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service. Props given where props are due. more

We are career military, and this was our 19th move in 30 years. Throughout our career, the military provided excellent movers, who were paid top dollar for our moves, and in general, they went well. I retired recently, and this was the first move that we had to pay for on our own, and we were concerned. We got quotes from several companies, and ended up going with Presto Logistics. We worked with Abe the estimator, and Abe sent out a top notch team lead by Bill Lynam. I don't exaggerate when I say that Bill and his team are the best we have had in 30 years of moving. They were very smart, very efficient, strong, very honest, and provided the best move we have had, period. Presto Logistics earned my strongest personal recommendation.... they are awesome, and the best in the business that I have ever seen in 30 plus years of hard moves. It is never easy to move, but these guys really rocked! Who knows what kind of experience we might have had with other movers, but I seriously doubt it could have been any better. If you need to move, call Abe at Presto, and ask for Bill to lead the team... you won't be disappointed. more

I just moved from Austin,Tx to Los Angeles,Ca for work and was researching moving companies for more than a month, not only was presto logistics more friendly than the other moving companies (including the major ones who will remain nameless) but they were far more professional and customer saavy, the representative I spoke with over the phone was courteous and did everything he could to save me money, as far as the actual move was concerned, I have an extensive collection of fragile cups and shot glasses and not a single item was broken when my belongings got here. The movers were clean and well kept and I had no second guesses about letting them into my home and leaving them alone with my things. I recently completed half of my move with Presto Logistics (my stuff is currently in storage while I look for a house). My wife and I moved from Los Angeles to Denver and the service we received was exceptional! I received quite a few quotes prior to selecting to Presto and the difference was apparent immediately. While many of the other companies had me walk through my home and describe what was there, the manger, Abe, took the time to come out to our place, with the foreman who would be loading our belongings, to do a thorough estimate of our moving and packing expenses. On packing day there was a miscommunication (on my part) about timing. I had expected the crew to take two days to load and pack and instead it only took them one. This left my wife and I without a place to stay for a night. Even though the confusion was mine, Presto put us up in a fantastic hotel for the night. They even hired a cleaning crew to clean our condo after everything had been moved out so my wife and I didn't have too. As I said our move is only half completed but, assuming the unload goes as well as the load (and I have every confidence it will), I cannot recommend Presto strongly enough! more

I may have been the one in a million customer that slipped through the cracks. My stuff showed up damaged, and though it took some time, they eventually made it right. They compensated me more than fairly and in the end, they are a very pleasant company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. more

My move was treated as thought it was the only one they were working on. John made himself available to me day or night to answer any questions I may have or to simply reassure me that everything was going according to plan. Not only did I have to start a new job on time, I had to register my daughter for school as well.
