I recently completed half of my move with Presto Logistics (my stuff is currently in storage while I look for a house). My wife and I moved from Los Angeles to Denver and the service we received was exceptional! I received quite a few quotes prior to selecting to Presto and the difference was apparent immediately. While many of the other companies had me walk through my home and describe what was there, the manger, Abe, took the time to come out to our place, with the foreman who would be loading our belongings, to do a thorough estimate of our moving and packing expenses.
On packing day there was a miscommunication (on my part) about timing. I had expected the crew to take two days to load and pack and instead it only took them one. This left my wife and I without a place to stay for a night. Even though the confusion was mine, Presto put us up in a fantastic hotel for the night. They even hired a cleaning crew to clean our condo after everything had been moved out so my wife and I didn't have too.
As I said our move is only half completed but, assuming the unload goes as well as the load (and I have every confidence it will), I cannot recommend Presto strongly enough!
