WORST experience of my life. First time buying a car on my own and had a horrible month dealing with my used car purchase. My salesman was JOSHUA CRAIG, the floor manager. He was not trustworthy, knowledgeable, or professional. Any defect I pointed out with my car, he simply shrugged his shoulders or dismissed it. He made my buying experience stressful, uneasy, and overwhelming. I still have had to return my car for service on a bad alignment, bad tire, bad CV joints, etc. Even when getting service, CALVIN at the service department made me come back 4 different times for a simple alignment/tire rotation. He lied to me several times when I asked for the manager or salesman, saying they were on vacation. I do not trust ANYBODY there! The culture there is clearly about making profit in any dishonest way. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You are better off paying more money or traveling extra miles elsewhere. It will save you money and peace of mind in the long run. Premier Honda should be stripped of the Honda name and be shut down. Merry Christmas! more

Pleasant Experience!!! 6/25/2013

Nav has sold us a new Honda and a used Honda. Both experiences were exceptional. He took his time and did not rush the process, found us a vehicle that fit our needs and budget in both cases. If your going to buy a car from Premier Honda, ask for Nav. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Great Cars, Great Service, and a very Pleasant Experience!!! more

Excellent 6/25/2013

I just graduated and purchased my first Honda Civic under the new Graduate program. Everyone at the dealership is easy to deal with. I was a first time buyer with no credit and student loans but they still got me approved at a very low interest rate. I'm a customer for life! more

got a new work truck from Mr. Nav at Premier Honda after my truck got totaled. I have decent credit and they got me approved. Thanks to everyone. The finance manager is awesome. I will be back to buy a car for my daughter in August when she goes to college. more

Best car buying experience! 6/18/2013

I went online and dealt with Navi, one of the internet sales managers. He was very helpful with a lot of information. He got us a great deal on our new Pilot and we will tell everyone that this is the place to go. Thank you for listening to us and not just putting my family in anything. They actually went and got us our vehicle from somewhere else. They did not charge extra for that either. Thank you again! more

The salesperson took me to my car AFTER the sale! 12/9/2011

If you need a car, Shelia Alphonse is your salesperson! Very friendly; and what made me write this review is that she personally picked me up herself at my residence (more than 16 miles away from Premier Honda) in lieu of me taking the bus to get my car at Premier, which was my only alternative to get the car. The important thing is that she did this AFTER THE SALE. If it had happened before the sale, that would have made all the difference in the world! You can always judge a person's character by how they treat those who don't stand to do them any good. Shelia Alphonse's character, and by extension that of the company that hired her, speaks for itself. more

Excellent experience 6/14/2011

From the beginning to the end purchasing our new vehicle was an excellent experience. After getting the run around from other dealers in the metro area, only Premier came through with their promises. Our salesman was friendly, intelligent and informative, walking us through our new car from bumper to bumper. If you are looking to purchase a new Honda, you should start at Premier and I suspect that is where you will finish. more

Knucklehead Salesman 4/12/2011

My husband and I had been shopping on line for a used car. We were interested in one listed at Premier Honda in New Orleans East. We left our name and number. The next day a salesman called and told me all about the car so we set up an appointment within the hour. When we arrived he had to ask us what we were interested in. We told him the make, model, miles and the price. My husband, sister and I walked all over the lot looking. He was inside trying to locate the car. Next, we were told it was at their other lot across the interstate. We went...and again walked all over the lot in the hot sun only to finally find out there was no car. Nothing even close. This salesman CALLED me! He needs to do his homework because he didn't have a clue. This car is still listed for sale on their web site. We left there aggravated and went to Lakeside Toyota on Causeway and were wonderfully treated. When we let them know what we were looking for, the salesman said he had the car for us! NO TO SERVICE MANAGER 2/14/2011

I have purchased two cars from Premier Honda with Travis as my sales associate it was wonderful. However, the service manager Calvin displayed poor customer service during my last visit. He never took the time to figure out what my problem was his main concern was for me to understand that he didnt have the time to fix it. He didnt even refer me to another repair shop. I asked him to please help me find another repair shop and he said he couldnt because he didnt have time to. He made me feel like the next person's problem was bigger than mine. more

Very Good Service Dept. 2/9/2011

My service at Premier Honda today was great. They scheduled the pickup for me from the car rental place, so that I could get back to work quickly. My car was serviced and ready for me to pick up in a timely manner. Calvin, the service writer, called me to let me know my car was ready. He hustled to make my check-out quick and he was very friendly. Calvin had helped ne in the past, when I have come in for routine oil changes. He is excellent, and I look forward to coming back!! more

Worse Shopping Experience Ever 1/14/2011

HORRIBLE. Stay Away. Be prepared to redefine the term bad used car salesman. The dealer had such seller's remorse after I negotiated the price of a car that an elaborate multiday, multiperson tale was concocted to try renegotitate the deal. The best thing I ever did was walk away. more

COMPLAINT 8/11/2010

I was far from satisfied with one of the sales people there. He is a service rep. To start this Im a 22 year old girl who he probably thought he could screw over. Anyway, I went in to get a new starter which was $260 and the labor which he said was $300 (RIDICULOUS) after taxes the total came out to be $625 which is completely outrageous. Every place is around the same price for labor (about $8 an hour) Before even touching my car I called another Honda dealership and got a price from them, their price was $200 cheaper than what this man gave me. After arguing with this service rep he went down $200 which means he was trying to screw me over completely for $200 so he can make comition of of me. After all that I wanted my old starter back and he said it was going to be $50 for a starter that is MINE in the first place. After all this nonsense he tells me the price will be $420 before tax which means it would have been $470 with tax. My total was $520 so once again he was trying to scre more
