I have purchased two cars from Premier Honda with Travis as my sales associate it was wonderful. However, the service manager Calvin displayed poor customer service during my last visit. He never took the time to figure out what my problem was his main concern was for me to understand that he didnt have the time to fix it. He didnt even refer me to another repair shop. I asked him to please help me find another repair shop and he said he couldnt because he didnt have time to. He made me feel like the next person's problem was bigger than mine.
