My husband and I had been shopping on line for a used car. We were interested in one listed at Premier Honda in New Orleans East. We left our name and number. The next day a salesman called and told me all about the car so we set up an appointment within the hour. When we arrived he had to ask us what we were interested in. We told him the make, model, miles and the price. My husband, sister and I walked all over the lot looking. He was inside trying to locate the car. Next, we were told it was at their other lot across the interstate. We went...and again walked all over the lot in the hot sun only to finally find out there was no car. Nothing even close. This salesman CALLED me! He needs to do his homework because he didn't have a clue. This car is still listed for sale on their web site. We left there aggravated and went to Lakeside Toyota on Causeway and were wonderfully treated. When we let them know what we were looking for, the salesman said he had the car for us! He went through
