Good: Dan was able to inform me of my options realistically within about 10 minutes of arriving to my home. He was able to ask questions to determine what would work best for me. Dan ran down my options on all the ejector pumps available and some of the problems that could be expected. Before he began he gave me a rundown of what he was going to do and allowed me to watch and he showed me what to do if something were to fail on the pump.. Other: The pump that I had looked about 30 years old and could not turn on. Dan was able to let me know what was wrong and we discussed how long it would take him vs. how long it might take me (very very limited plumbing experience). Because he allowed me to watch as he was working and talked me through some things I feel much more confident about taking on something like this if I had to.
**It was definitely a good thing I did not tackle this on my own**.
