Dan was able to come out very quickly when we had a problem with our ejector pump.
Dan quickly affirmed what I had thought that I needed a new pump. He gave me many options of what I could do, including doing it myself. He explained how he was going to do the job and how long it would take him compared to how long it might take someone with very limited plumbing experience.
I decided to let the professional do the job and he asked if I wanted to watch and I thought that was a great idea! I was able to ask him questions and learned that it was a very good idea that I didn't try it myself. However I do feel that with what I learned I can definitely service the pump myself.
Dan was very very helpful with the information he gave me and finished the job in under 2 hours while giving me some pointers as he worked.
