I had a very nice experience working with Precision Heating & Air. They helped to fix some technical problems with the air conditioning unit in my home. The price for their work was very fair and I would definitely recommend them to future customers. I though that the staff working on the project was very professional and they were very customer friendly. I think that they go above and beyond expectations to please their customers, so I appreciate their high-quality service. I am happy with how everything turned out. more

Excellent service, as usual 6/29/2017

Brian came today to give my AC its annual checkup. He was very polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and taking time to explain what was needed and why. He did recommend a new capacitor but I was not surprised as Precision servicemen have been warning me for about 3 years that the old one might need to go. I agreed that it was probably time and he replaced it in a timely manner. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Precision team! more

I have used Precision Heating & Air a couple of times in the past and the experience is always great. I have used them for both heating and air conditioning issues I have had. They always come out quickly and give me a good price. The maintenance workers do an outstanding job and are professional. I would recommend them to others and will continue to call them up for any issues I may have in the future. more

My heroes!!! 6/24/2017

My a/c had not been working well for a while now, and this summer it got worse, having to spend a night in the hospital for heat exhaustion. Chris was the first tech out and found my unit to be in bad shape. They said they would look for a used unit to replace mine and today Joel and Thomas installed it and it's cooling my house down as we speak! Highly recommend! Professional, courteous, experienced people that deserve your business. Kudos to the office staff as well. Calls were handed professionally and timely call backs. These people are heroes in my eyes and life savers! THANK YOU!!!! more

Great Installations! 6/6/2017

I hired Precision Heating & Air, LLC to install my heating and air conditioning. They did everything I was excepting them to do. The office employees to the workers were all awesome, friendly people. Unfortunately, we did not pass the city inspection, so they came out again and fixed the problem. They provided great, professional service. The workers explained everything they were doing so I did not have to think too hard and worry about the process. I was happy with the final outcome and would hire them again in the future. I highly recommend you use Precision Heating & Air, LLC. more

Great Experience 5/23/2017

I think they did a really great job. I hired them to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit. The service technician arrived on time, he was polite when speaking with me, and he got everything done that I needed him to do. Overall, I'm happy with how everything turned out, and I haven't had any issues with my furnace or air conditioning unit since they've been replaced. I'm happy to refer them to people I know. more

Precision's inspector, Tony, just left and I must say: This team really excels in every aspect. We've already written about how well Troy, our initial estimator, and 'Team Sergio', our Father & Son installation professionals, have performed. So we'll focus this review on Tony & his expertise and professionalism: To start with, Tony not only made the appointment window with ease, he called to ask if it would be alright if was early. (!) In performing his inspection, he was careful to explain the process, as my questions arose, and he coursed through those questions without drifting into technical jargon, which can often be a problem in technical fields. Tony is yet another example of the quality & caliber of professionals that Precision provides it's customers. From Audrey, handling office inquiries, through the estimate & installation processes, to the final inspection, we couldn't have wished for a better team of qualified & competent human beings. Great people, great price, great service: Choose Precision, folks! more

They Were Good, Except for One Thing 5/1/2017

I hired Precision Heating & Air to replace an air conditioning unit in my house. They were doing a good job. Their technician was professional and polite, and he was about half an hour away from completing the work, when he stepped through the ceiling. So I can't say it was a flawless experience. The guy himself felt really terrible about everything, and I felt bad for him, but the situation was just what it was: I was left with a hole in my ceiling. Other than that, they were pretty great. They were very responsive to the situation, and tried to fix it as soon as possible. But it still took about four or five weeks. more

Extremely Satisfied - They Were Professional and Patient 4/21/2017

Precision Heating and Air did everything right! We couldn't have asked for anything to be better! The people that came out were extremely professional and patient with answering any questions we had. They were very efficient, did their job, and were on their way. They installed a new heating and air conditioning unit, so it was a pretty big job, but everything turned out just fine. They were also very timely! They were here exactly when they said they would be here and called ahead, which I like so you can be prepared. Overall, they were a really excellent and recommendable service! more

Cool Breezy! 3/31/2017

After fighting with a (too small) standard unit that was failing miserably, I called Precision and they had someone out the next day to evaluate and quote. I was very pleased with the appearance, professionalism, and expedience of the service. I had everything done, installed and working within 4 days. I couldn't be happier with the choice to use PH&A. Great job! more

Always a good experience. 3/20/2017

Chris from Precision came by today to do a biannual service on my system. He was cheerful and pleasant as usual. I have not had any issues with my system while they have been working on it. They have always been prompt and it never takes long for them finish. And they even sweep up the insulation that always falls out of the attic! I will continue to use them for their consistent good service. more

Very Professional And Fast 3/6/2017

We had the people over at Precision Heating & Air come and install a whole bunch of units for us and they were just great. They were very professional throughout the whole installation and the thing that surprised us the most was how quickly they did the installation. There were so many units that we were really surprised that they were able to get them installed so very quickly. They did lots of follow up which we really appreciated because it showed us that while they had finished the job and been paid for it, that doesn't mean they stop caring about their customers. We use them any time we need service now, because they return our call in a day or two and get someone right out for us which is very convenient. Cannot recommend them highly enough. more
