Review content:
I hired Precision Heating & Air to replace an air conditioning unit in my house. They were doing a good job. Their technician was professional and polite, and he was about half an hour away from completing the work, when he stepped through the ceiling. So I can't say it was a flawless experience. The guy himself felt really terrible about everything, and I felt bad for him, but the situation was just what it was: I was left with a hole in my ceiling. Other than that, they were pretty great. They were very responsive to the situation, and tried to fix it as soon as possible. But it still took about four or five weeks.
