Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

Precision Heating & Air is : 1/8/2010

I have used Precision Heating for the past 10 years for maintenance, replacement, and service. I have never had a problem with them. They arrive on time, cheaper in price ( if not pretty reasonable anyway), courteous, and very professional and knowlegeable. Sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with them. WORST SERVICE EVER 6/2/2009

For me to take time away from work to find away to complain about this company should tell you how bad they are. They are the rudust, most unprofessional, and helpful company I have ever dealt with. They did not show up to a scheduled service appointment, when I called the lady was over-the top rude, slammed the phone down in my face, and refused to help us get are AC back up and running. If you listen to the postitive comments about this company you are doing yourself a major disservice and only listening to what you want to hear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Cons: Rude, Do not show up, Unhelful more

My wife and I were very pleased with the service this company provided for us. They had reasonable prices and arrived on time to my home. They had us fixed up quickly. Thanks... we will recommend them as we have in the past. more

Precision was pretty good. They were on time, fixed my problem, and didn't charge me by the hour like most companies. The tech was very friendly and the girls in the office were very accomodating. I will recommend them to anyone. more
