Worst

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

I have been using Precision Heating and Air for Five years now. I have always found their service techs to be knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Ed has been my tech for the last two visits and i find him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I have developed a trust in Precision Heating & Air to maintain my heating and air systems. more

Thank Precision! 6/16/2011

I have used Precision Heating for the past 10 years for maintenance, replacement, and service. I have never had a problem with them. They arrive on time, cheaper in price ( if not pretty reasonable anyway), courteous, and very professional and knowlegeable. Sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with them. I have and will continue to have a lifetime relationship with Precision HVAC. They have always come to my rescue. Thank Precision! more

Lack of Respect 6/8/2011

Not sure everyone else's experience, but we called Precision to fix our A/C. It has been 90+ for 3 weeks of course. They said it would 2 1/2 days (Monday to Wed afternoon). Thats bad enough - on Wednesday they said they never said it would be Wednesday. Basically I asked for a commitment and could not get one or get any manager to call me back I will never use Precision again. I can't take being "miss informed" (a.k.a lie) Basically businesses who don't respect me and my time and their word - don't get my patronage. You can decide if this was abnormal, but once was enough for me more
