Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

Precision Has been my ""HVAC GO TO"" Company for 10 years. I have had to call them @ 10 PM and Penney got someone out to my home with 1 and 1/2 hours. Always get Same Day Service and a Discount because I am on their priority list. more

Precision Heating & Cooling What a great company my system went down over the weekend it was hot and humid in my home a friend recommended then so I picked up the phone on a Saturday and actually spoke to a tech . We scheduled an appt and he was at my house on time . Within 15 min he diagnosed the problem and told me how much the repairs would be .i told him to go ahead with the repairs . He had to come into my home to adjust the thermostat and he put booties over his work boots to avoid messing up our floor . I would recommend this company to anyone . They are very professional with attention to detail . Thanks Again. more
