For me to take time away from work to find away to complain about this company should tell you how bad they are. They are the rudust, most unprofessional, and helpful company I have ever dealt with. They did not show up to a scheduled service appointment, when I called the lady was over-the top rude, slammed the phone down in my face, and refused to help us get are AC back up and running. If you listen to the postitive comments about this company you are doing yourself a major disservice and only listening to what you want to hear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
