Julie has been cutting my hair for over a year now and she is the 1st one to do so besides my mother. My hair are thin with no volume and she knows exactly how to trick that and make my brother think i grow more hair as i'm getting older! :) more

Truly the one and only salon I trust with my hair - as I am very, very picky about the length, color, and cut of my hair. A customer for 6 years now, I've learned the cutting styles of three of the stylists. Julie, Tony, and Lily. I have no experience with other stylists at the salon, but I must tell you, do not trust ANYONE with your hair but Julie, she is simply amazing! Of course, for most people it depends on how you like your hair cut and styled, but I promise you, ladies who are strict with their style, need a trim, or just want a nice new cut, Julie will work her magic and you'll walk out of there feeling GREAT about your hair. She's been my stylist for four years and that won't be changing. However I did have my hair done by Tony, who I hear many women like, but he really screwed me over. I told him specifically how I like my hair done, clean-cut layers, and somehow he immediately took the razor cutter to my hair - jagged edges and different lengths are NOT my style or idea of a good haircut... Oh God, I've never had such a terrible experience in my life. My hair looked like it was attacked by a man who couldn't see the difference between one and three inches. Not to mention the full head of highlights he did on me, I asked for blonde highlights, but specifically said NOT TOO LIGHT. Somehow, however, he happened to foil up my hair, and walk over to work on another employee's hair color as well; seeing his facial expression when he turned back to me confirmed I was right when I assumed he forgot about my foils. Needless to say, I ended up with WHITE highlights on the bottom layer of my hair. The worst salon experience of my life. Lily has been another stylist I have encountered at Poshe' - she isn't Julie, but she does a good job too, and I hear only great compliments about her. However, in the end I still always recommend Julie because she will listen to exactly what you want, check in with you about how it looks throughout the haircut, and in the end always makes sure you're happy - because if you're not, she's happy to fix anything for you :) more

Tina has been doing my nails for about 9 months now and she is great, she does what I want. I have been to several places in the last couple of years and did not like there work.I am so glad I found Tina she is awesome. Tina is very nice and I am very pleased with her . Thanks Norma more

My first visit to Posh? Salon was on 6/8/2010; Desire? fixed my hair after an unfortunate color experience at another salon. It was orange on the roots and I was very distraught. When I called Posh? to see if someone could fix my hair, the staff got me in that same day. Desire? did a fantastic job of toning my hair down so that it looked good until it was safe to color again. On 7/24/2010 I went back to have my highlights touched up & the color corrected to what I wanted originally at the other salon. Desire? was fantastic. She was very friendly, patient and attentive; it was clear that it was very important to her to address my concerns and desired results. And the results were exactly what I hoped for. She corrected the color and my hair looks great. In fact, after I left the salon, I went to the grocery store and a woman I did not know came up to me and told me how beautiful my hair is. What a fantastic endorsement! Of course I recommended Desire? and Posh? Salon to her. Another important thing to mention is how friendly and welcoming the staff in general are. The receptionists are very gracious and efficient. And on my second visit, the owner (I didn't even know she was the owner--Desire? told me) went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. As a short person, my legs are always dangling when I am sitting. When I was sitting at the hair dryer, the owner put a foot rest under my feet. Then, as my hair was being washed she lifted the bottom of my chair. I didn't even think about the fact that my feet were dangling, but she noticed and kindly took action to make me more comfortable. I have had my legs and bikini waxed by many spas, salons, and people. Man (mON) really impressed me. She is very, very quick and comfortable/professional to be around. She waxed my bikini better than I've ever had before (waxing for 10 years) and got to places that most estheticians ignore for a regular bikini wax. I highly recommend her! Pros: professional more

Julie has been my hairdresser for over ten years. I followed her from the place she worked at before Poshe. Julie is someone you can trust especially with some of us ""older"" customers who really don't go in for the new stuff like razor cut, new styles and current trends, we really like to be able to come to Julie and know we will be treated to the best haircut in the old way, making everything even in all directions (that is how I think of it). I don't like to go get a haircut every few weeks or a month, I just don't have time to schedule things like that. Julie does my hair so that I can live with it for a while and it is perfect! I just moved here and decided to take a chance and book an appointment at this salon only after reading this site!! WOW...how lucky was I?!?! I made an appointment with Julie for a highlight and haircut...I was only going to get a trim, but ended up getting a whole new ""do"" instead and I'm sooooo happy I did!! I haven't been this happy with my hair in a very, VERY long time! She was very thorough when we talked about how I wanted the color and then before we decided to take the ""big plunge"" to cut it all off, she made sure it was something I wanted to do and took so much time to make sure it looked exactly perfect for me!! Julie is so very talented with the way she colors and cuts...I can't believe I just stumbled upon this place purely by reading the internet!!! Can't wait to start getting my nails done there, too! My daughter requested Sheril after reading all of the great reviews written by other people on city search. She wanted a huge change from brunette to blonde and Sheril did an amazing job. My daughter is very picky and she came home absolutely pleased! I then decided to try her out too. My hair was already very dammaged from overprocessing and I went in knowing that my hair would be a big challenge. Sheril took her time and did another amazing job on my hair and it actually felt and looked healthier after coloring it then before I came in. When I got home I decided I wanted just a little more blonde, so I called and the receptionist was very friendly and Sheril made sure to get me in right away. I have had 3 haircuts at this place all with Julie. when I first went I had not had a real hair cut for a while and Julie was so confident that she can turn it around and i am so glad i trusted her coz she did magic. BUT the 2nd time, when I went it was a bit crowded and she a bit hasty and the haircut was not as good as the first one but nevertheless pretty good than most I have had in my life...THE 3rd time was the disaster. I went during a really crowded time of the week, but thats coz they gave me the appointment w/o hassle. Julie was so hurried, she seemed like a different person all together. I felt humiliated the way she was treating me that day, totally unpredictable..From the best haircut of my life I went to a hair cut so bad I am still paying for it 3 months down the line. I think if they would have asked me to re-schedule i would have been much less disappointed for the honestly and the opportunity have a good haircut. It also seems like there are other customers which have had the exact same experience here with Julie as their stylist here. Having said all this, I would mention that Julie is definitely very talented when she is at her best and I think I would like to give this salon and julie another chance but only when I am sure they are not overbooked and that i will treated with worth every customer deserves. Poshe' has been my favorite salon for a long time, but recently a friend convinced me to go somewhere else, and it led to a HAIR DISASTER! Lily fixed my hair disaster and I won't have anyone else cut my hair again! Thank you Lily, it means a lot to me. more

I have been going to Poshe for a while now and come out more than pleased every time I leave. Sheril does it all and does a fantastic job. She waxes, colors my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes, and gives me the perfect cut every time. Not too long ago she introduced me to eyelash perming which I can't tell you how much I am enjoying. I wake up every morning with the perfect curl and because she colors them too, it looks like I already have mascara on. I highly recommend Sheril for anything you need. more

My stylist recently moved so I had to find another. I had read reviews about Poshe and decided to go in. I ended up having Sheril cut my hair. The haircut was just how I requested. From the moment I stepped through the doors I felt right at home. Tony cut my hair and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever received. I will definitely return for prep for future dances. Christie is the best, she has been doing my nails for about a year now and I am constantly getting compliments on how nice my nails look .
