I have had 3 haircuts at this place all with Julie. when I first went I had not had a real hair cut for a while and Julie was so confident that she can turn it around and i am so glad i trusted her coz she did magic. BUT the 2nd time, when I went it was a bit crowded and she a bit hasty and the haircut was not as good as the first one but nevertheless pretty good than most I have had in my life...THE 3rd time was the disaster. I went during a really crowded time of the week, but thats coz they gave me the appointment w/o hassle. Julie was so hurried, she seemed like a different person all together. I felt humiliated the way she was treating me that day, totally unpredictable..From the best haircut of my life I went to a hair cut so bad I am still paying for it 3 months down the line. I think if they would have asked me to re-schedule i would have been much less disappointed for the honestly and the opportunity have a good haircut.
It also seems like there are other customers which have had the exact same experience here with Julie as their stylist here.
Having said all this, I would mention that Julie is definitely very talented when she is at her best and I think I would like to give this salon and julie another chance but only when I am sure they are not overbooked and that i will treated with worth every customer deserves.
