I just moved from Alaska where I had the same hair dresser for more years than I care to admit. Finding a new stylist in a new city was one of the scariest things about my move. Well, I lucked out when I found Kim. I can't say enough about her. Color perfect, cut perfect. She's a blast to hang with while I'm there and an all around great person. Tired of the same ol thing? My new favorite salon! 10/20/2006

I went to Poshe last week after I got a raving tip from a co-worker. I set up and appointment and got Sheril Klein as my hairdresser. I went in for partial highlights, hair cut and wax and she did them all. She's great....I loved how my hair came out! She is a very sweet gal and really works with you to make your hair what you want. I've now found the salon that I will be coming to from now on. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is fun. Kim Pepe is jem in hillsboro!!! 9/27/2006

I went into poshe salon for the first time a couple of days ago, I could not believe how wonderful of a expeirience I had there. I was recomended from a friend to go and See Kim Pepe, and I am so glad that I did. Not only was I a welcomed by their very friendly receptionist Stephanie, but Kim also greeted me with a huge smile, and was eager to do my color. She listend to what I wanted and then also gave me her professional input. The out come was great...I have never been so happy with my hair before! Thank you so much Kim, and Poshe salon for making it easy to find a new great place to get my hair done at! Pros: all pro's great salon! more

Great Service 9/24/2006

I have been seeing Lily for the past 3 years she is great with color and cut i recommend her and nikki! Nikki did my updo it was simple and perfect! Mon is great with waxing and her ability to give you that 100% perfect manicure and pedicure is so much appreciated..Mon will take her time in waxing she will not miss a spot and is very gentle, i recommend anyone who wants to have any body parts wax to visit Mon, Lilly is great with eyebrow waxing i trust her with everything, im glad now that they are opened on Sundays! Sheril is a amazing 9/13/2006

I had an appointment with Sheril yesterday and in the 10+ years that I have been getting my hair done professionally, it was the best experience I have ever had. She asked me what I wanted and gave it to me. Her work was meticulous and thought out; she was friendly and nice. I received so many compliments at work today and I have her to thank for that. I recently visited Poshe Salon for the first time in hopes of repairing a terrible cut from a different salon. My first impression was great, I received a friendly greeting upon arrival, had no wait time and was pleased to see several happy clients. Most importantly though, Nikki (my stylist) exceeded all expectations. She took the time to listen to my previous experience, understand what I was hoping to achieve, and even offered styling suggestions. She was very detailed, compassionate, and professional. Imagine my shock when I went to pay -- what a deal! A high quality salon that is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Poshe Salon and Nikki!!! Wouldn't go back for free. . . 8/1/2006

I went in for a color touch-up and ended up with pinkish/orange roots that have no natural symmetry whatsoever. The stylist literally slapped the color on my hair which messed up my exisiting highlights. I honestly could've done better on myself. I even had water running down my back when I got rinsed. Aaagggh. Who wrote the good reviews???? Cons: Ugly hair more

Bridal make-up and up-do 7/26/2006

I got married on July 3rd and Nikki was the stylist for my bridal hair updo and make-up. She did a excellent job on both! Everyone in the wedding liked my hair and make-up. Thank you, Nikki! A True Bargain!!! 6/25/2006

I had my hair cut and colored at Poshe today and Nikki did a fantastic job! I have been to many other ""high end"" salons but this one gives you the most for your buck. Nikki exclusively spent three hours on my hair and the total came to $65! Even though I dislike the location, I will definitely be back! Great Asian Hair Salon! 6/10/2006

It's hard to find a salon that really knows how to cut asian hair. Look for Linh. She only works on Saturdays but it's worth it! I highly recommend Poshe Salon. They're friendly, price is reasonable and easy to find. more

Wonderful Wonderful - An experience to repeat! 6/3/2006

After many bad experiences, I've had trouble trusting/finding a new salon. But when I saw the Poshe' reviews offering great service & all the necessities of a Full-Service salon at HALF the price, I nervously booked an apt. Nikki listened to my wants & needs carefully. Then she even took the time to walk me through the process of getting the hair style I've always wanted, but didn't know how to achieve. My hair has NEVER been so perfect!! I was ECSTATIC when I left Poshe' with perfectly shaped eyebrows & a hair cut & style that was EXACTLY what I wanted, & money still in my pocket. I have found my salon and stylist. I trully believe the reviews now, but have to thank Poshe' for finally offering a one-stop beauty salon with reasonable prices & an experienced staff that is clean, professional, & fun. I found it! 5/8/2006

I have found my salon! Lily is the greatest hairstylist I have ever been to. She is helping me work through growing out a bad perm I got a year ago (from another salon) and really (REALLY) listens to me and gives great advise. I had been to her before in a previous salon and was so happy to find her again. Knowing that she's running her own salon now makes me tickled pink. My whole family will be regular customers for Poshe Salon. more

Kudos for Sharon & Poshe Salon 4/12/2006

I have an 11 year old, bi-racial daughter. While my girl is beautiful, in the morning her hair strongly resembles that of Don King. She has very dry, tight curls and has spent her whole life with her hair in either a ponytail or two braids. After years of trekking from salon to salon and trying product after product, I stumbled across Poshe Salon on the internet and decided to take another chance. My daughter's appointment was yesterday and by the time we left (maybe an hour later) my daughter could not stop smiling and I had shed a few tears of pure happiness for the hair miracle Sharon pulled off. Sharon relaxed my daughter's hair (it now looks so much healthier) and took the time to give her advice on how to take care of her hair from here on out. I cannot thank or praise Sharon enough. more

I don't think I'll come back 4/5/2006

I understand people have their off days, but my last haircut was so bad, I don't know if I'll return. I asked for bangs ala Anne Hathaway in the devil wears prada, but I got a classic version of king tut. I even showed Kim two pictures at two angles. The bangs are supposed to be just below the eyebrows and much longer on the ends. She took a pair of scissors and cut straight across. Too far across! And once I got home, I realized they were uneven and sloped to the right. She also did highlights for my girlfriend (my unfortunate recommendation) and my friend's hair was bleached white in chunks in the back. Kim's one of the nicest people I've met, but I don't think I'll return :( more

What a WONDERFUL Salon!!! 3/28/2006

What a WONDERFUL Salon!!! My first REAL haircut in YEARS! I told Nikki Causey to have fun and she did - I came out with a whole new look and attitude! I love my new style! (My daughters also got great cuts from Sharon Hickey and Kimberly Pepe!) We then went back for color! Nikki again did a fabulous job on my hair!!! (My husband loves my new look!) My daughters got their first highlights and they received the royal treatment from Nikki and Sharon! While they were getting their new color, I treated myself to a pedicure by Man Saetern. She is THE best! My toes have never received sooo much attention! Thank you for the terrific service! more

I came into Poshe without a clue on a hair cut. Nikki sat down with me, went through several pages of styles and she helped me decide on a totally different look. This was the first time I have ever came out of a salon with 110% satisfaction, she was great and I still wake up everyday loving my hair! Thank you Nikki. Excellent Service, Caring Staff, Clean 2/18/2006

I heard about this place from a friend in Portland. With so many fake and over the top Salons that are way too expensive in the Portland area I figured I would drive to Hillsboro to try this salon out. So thankful I did! I got my haircut from Lily. Nails and facial done by Lan. Lan and Lily are both so caring, warm and real. They treat you with respect and more importantly listen to your requests but are talented enough to make suggestions if you ask. Most salons in Portland make you feel uneasy and are so pompous and fake. Not Poshe Salon. They also dont' seem money driven like other salons. Very clean and comforting ambiance and staff that seem to really enjoy what they do. Truly a hidden gem in Hillsboro. Pros: Inexpensive, Professional, Caring Staff Cons: Small Salon more
