Review content:
I went in for a color touch-up and ended up with pinkish/orange roots that have no natural symmetry whatsoever. The stylist literally slapped the color on my hair which messed up my exisiting highlights. I honestly could've done better on myself. I even had water running down my back when I got rinsed. Aaagggh. Who wrote the good reviews????
