When Alayne and I started together, I had big goals....drop a bunch of weight, get stronger, and train for some upcoming events. She took a wholistic approach to my goals. We talked about food, about how much to workout , and what kind of workouts to do. Alayne wouldn't want to take credit for it....she'd say it was all me...but I say that she has been an amazing catalyst for change in my life. With her help, I've lost 30 lbs, I feel great, and I'm preparing to run my first 1/2 marathon. I couldn't of done this without Alayne's support and motivation!
Pros: Clean facility, Personal attention, Variation of workouts, Incredible motivation
