I had been going to the gym for over 15 years and had become rather bored with my routine and I had a friend that suggested Alayne. I thought that I was very knowledgeable about current workout techniques and styles, but I learned that a lot has changed since I began working out many years ago. Alayne made recommendations that were very specific to my needs and previous injuries that I could use at the gym or at home. There are a lot of personal trainers out there, but few with such professionalism and dedication. Thanks for all your help.
