I have been training with Alayne since 2005. What I love best about Alayne's style is that she can tailor workouts to your race goals, injuries and physical fitness level. I always feel that I receive a solid work out and learn new regimens for when I am in the gym alone. I have watched her with other clients and witnessed their accomplishments as well.
Pros: Parking, location, fitness customization. Alayne makes you feel extremely comfortable and you have fun!
