Pool & Spa Depot

Well, where do I start. I read the reviws on here like most people. Thought about looking online. Went to Pool and Spa Depot and was HOOKED in. The people there are really cool. After talking with them and seeing some of their OTHER customers (the ones that cry and whine and think they are more important than everybody in town) I noticed this place was not so bad. My wife and I bought a spa. A cheap one we could handle the payments on per month, but were still treated with respect. We got what we paid for and understand that nothing in life is free. We got what we paid for, and at a great price as well. more

We have bought MANY things from Pool and Spa Depot and have been pleased with everything. We purchased a hot tub/Spa at our old house, with no problem, I have a wonderful tanning bed that has been going strong now for 6 years, and we just purchased a 24 foot above ground swimming pool. They are awesome, the service is unbeatable! Call and talk to Bob or Steve, and IF you have a problem Michelle or Brent would be happy to solve it, they work hard at making everyone happy, they have definatly made me a very happy customer, I will always shop here. We purchased our onground pool in July 2009 and I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with our decision to go with your company. The actutal construction was ahead of schedule and the crew did an outstanding job getting in and completing the set up. It was like wathcing little ants build a colony, they went straight to work, looked like everyone had their own tasks to complete. I don't think these guys even took a break the entire time they were building our pool. They were very courteous and respectful of our property and when they left they cleaned up everything. These guys had our pool ready for water by the end of the day. They did a great job and I thought you should know what and outstanding team you have putting these types of pools in. I am writing this letter to express how thrilled we are about our inground pool from Pool and Spa Depot. The process has been very quick and easy. Each of your crews were quick, efficient and very helpful through construction. We never felt alone in this process. Each question or concern we had was taken care of by Bob Bomar. Bob fielded each one of our numerous phone calls. He always had an answer to our questions. He even made a quick trip to our house when I had a concern about the pump that could not be addressed over the phone. Over all, we are so pleased with the experience of working with Pool and Spa Depot. I would highly recomment them to anyone I know. I was asked if I would be willing to share with you how we felt about our recent experience with your store. In a world filled with so many negative experiences, it is only fair to share a good one! Recently, my husband and I visited your store and inquired about purchasing a pool for our family. Not knowing a thing about owning a pool or how to maintain one, we greeted with very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. From the moment we entered your store, we were never "pressured" to look at or buy anything. When we approached Mark Matthews, a sales associate, he answered all our questiona and was very helpful. We returned a week later to purchase our pool and were treated the same on our second visit. And , when the installation process began we were very impressed with how smoothyl everything went. Digging began on a Saturday morning and was complete before noon. The installation crew began on that following Tuesday morning and was finished by noon on Wednesday. Bob Bomar, sales manager, even came to our home twice during this process! everyone was so friendly, kind and willing to answer any and all questions we've had. We recently purchased through your company a Deer Creek, in-ground swimming pool package and utilized the builder assist program. We were very pleased with how smooth the transaction went, even though rain delayed out timeline for installation. We were very cautious when making the decision of the pool company we would use because of the enormous monetary investment: however, we soon found our fears were alleviated by Pool and Spa Depot. Even though there was a change in managment during our transaction, we did not fall through the cracks. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone was extremely helpful. We were also pleased with the performance of the crew that installed our pool. They were very efficient and everyone knew what to do. It was apparent the crew worked very well together. Overall, we are very pleased with the pool and the whole installation process. we will be glad to recommend your company to anyone interested in an in-ground pool. I would like to take the time to express my extreme excitment for the new addition to our backyard. Since my wife and I began to think about this project we would never believed that it would have been daccomp;ished be memorial weekend. It just goes to show you what hard work and dedication will do. This hard work and dedication was shown to us at every level of your buisness. Shawn Tangerman ws extremely helpful in our decision as to which pool would be most beneficial to the layout of our backyard. Cody Calvin and his construction team could not have been any more polite or hard working than they were. In addition, Bob I would have never thought that i would have gotten as much attention as I did from you sir. You definitely went above and beyond what i would have ever expected. Our experience with Pool and Spa Depot began 4-25-09. My husband and i came into showroom, not really sure of what we wanted. We began talking with a sales person (shawn). He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He began showing us all the potions in pools. And after alot of debe on our part and alot of patience on shawn's part we decided on a 14x28 inground pool. Shawn worked very hard to make sure that i was pleased. He was very ptient while walking us through, and helping us make all the decsions and changes that made this perfect pool for us. We were then introduced to Bob, who sat down with us and explained in detail the construction and installation process. He went over the order in which everything would take place, all materials required and who's responsibility they were. Bob was just a phone cal away during the entire process. He even came out and started the pool up for us and answered any questions we had. Cody and his crew came out on Mon. June 1st. and began excavation. Cody was awesome! He and the rest of the guys were very polite and professional. And didnt totally wreck my yard. They worked hard to make sure the pool site was just the way we wamted. Coley and crew showed up on Tues. Coley is also awesome! What can I say, these guys were the bomb. By the end of the day Tues. we had out pool. They came back on Wed. and finished the small stuff. It all happened so quick, and they did an excellent job. Any problems that came up, and they were very few and minor, were addressed and few and minor, were addressed and corrected very promptly. It's now a week later, the concrete is done, pools full and water feels great. My family is loving it already.
