We recently purchased through your company a Deer Creek, in-ground swimming pool package and utilized the builder assist program. We were very pleased with how smooth the transaction went, even though rain delayed out timeline for installation. We were very cautious when making the decision of the pool company we would use because of the enormous monetary investment: however, we soon found our fears were alleviated by Pool and Spa Depot. Even though there was a change in managment during our transaction, we did not fall through the cracks. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone was extremely helpful. We were also pleased with the performance of the crew that installed our pool. They were very efficient and everyone knew what to do. It was apparent the crew worked very well together. Overall, we are very pleased with the pool and the whole installation process. we will be glad to recommend your company to anyone interested in an in-ground pool.
